From first enquiry to touch down back in the UK everything was covered we just can’t recommend her enough.

A seamless process from start to finish. From the initial contact I made with Gill, through to the amazingly affordable price and then to the holiday itself, everything has been a dream. She literally took care of everything and all we were required to do was pack the case! Having not travelled on a package holiday for a number of years, I was anxious, but had absolutely no reason to be. Communication was excellent and I felt like there was never a stupid question as I always received a professional and informative response. Will use again (hopefully very soon)
Elevana travel took care to listen to our requirements. We left it very close to our departure date to decide everything, but they came through for us, flights and hotels. We required a change of room facilities, very close to our departure dates. This meant a change of all 3 hotels, as room availability was limited in San Francisco. Nevertheless, this was done for us, with no fuss. The hotels were great and we were also supplied with a link to find local tours. No hassles and within budget. Thanks Elevana travel 🥰
