Resellers from China with 0 responsibility.
Ordered an item, delivery went fine, but then we realised that item doe not fit us. So I messaged them(they do not have any return form on the website) and asked how I can return an item. They proposed to return 10% of the item price and keep it, after arguing that I haven't used the item, don't need it and I just want to get money back and return an item they proposed 20%, then I insisted on full refund. They sent me some address in China and asked to ship item there. In PostNL office I was told that delivery will cost like 25 Eur(item was like 45) that won't be covered by seller,I decided to just ask for 20% money return. They said that it is ok and will process my request in 7 days. It passed one month and I haven't received anything.

If there will be a half of a star available I’ll do that. This company is not in NL, quality of their clothes worst than anything I have ever ordered online and on top I have exchange 15 emails with this famous “Jay” that seems to be to be a robot that repeats all over again his discounts etc etc. I don’t want anything from them. I’ll try to resolve my issue with Klarna (I’m so annoyed I didn’t pay with credit card otherwise I would have chargeback already to get my money back and not been wasting my time).

Please do yourself a favor and don’t order here!

This brand is a SCAM! I didn't receive part of my order and the part i received had a missing article. When you contact customer support they reply with 'automatic replies', and do not refund the missing shipment or accept returns. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Actually i can not give 1* Even for 1* eleva nederland is inappropriate. Really really scammer and wasting my time. No phone contact only base on email. Im complaining a lot even since the garbage item they send to me is late and missing. Never replying my email about the Form Return. Stupid fu*k*ng assh*le. I hope no one customer like in my situation. They blocking me on facebook and instagram because my complain. CRAZY!!!

The products are not as they are in the pictures they come from China and the quality is poor.. the company is Registered in the Netherlands but you can’t return in the NL but back to China (which is not specified in their website) on your own expenses !!!(25 euros ) this is a typical drop ship site ..
