Wheelset and Return Policy
I purchased a wheelset and later attempted to exchange it for a different model. The listing photos showed different braking surfaces on the front and rear wheels, but this was not clearly disclosed in the written description.
While the return and refund were processed according to policy, the total cost to return the item was significant, over $190 when factoring in original shipping, return shipping, and the restocking fee.
This is a strictly policy-driven operation. There was no flexibility to hold inventory for an exchange, no willingness to split or adjust return shipping costs, and no accommodation even when I offered to purchase a higher-priced replacement. Everything was handled exactly within policy, without exception.
In a separate purchase, I received a bike frame with a bent derailleur hanger that was not disclosed or visible in the listing, which caused shifting issues until I replaced it. I did not pursue that issue further.
If you choose to purchase here, assume that any return, exchange, or issue resolution will follow policy exactly and at full cost to you. Review the return policy closely and verify all specifications and condition upfront, as there is little room for adjustment after the sale.
