The LS I Believe in Miracle shirt has a large flaw in the camo print and I’ve waited four days to get a reply on what can be done. I received an AI generated reply saying they can see the flaw and a team member will be in touch shortly and then nothing. I just want a replacement that doesn’t have a flaw. I love all the past items I have bought from Elevated Faith but customer service is huge to me! This was a gift that I was so excited to give and now has left me disappointed in your company due to lack of customer service and quality control. I finally hear back and I can return it but for a $7 fee?! I simply want a replacement.
