Breach of guidelines
The sizes of these shoes are way off
The sizes of these shoes are way off. I ordered a us 5.5 and ended up getting a shoe that is closer to 7. When contacted, they said that if I leave a 5-star review on trust pilot, they will send me a replacement. I asked them to send the replacement first. The replacement had the same sizing issue. Now, they are asking me to bear the cost of return and no mention of refund of almost $100 they need to provide me. Communication with their customer service is slow.
One terse response a day that doesn’t bring the confidence that they are trying to help resolve the issue. I have escalated the issue to PayPal, but this is an utter waste of time. It’s been almost 2 mths since my initial order, I don’t have the right shoes and they have my money.

Never received the shoes
So far I haven't received the shoes,
this takes far too long. DHL tracking number seems to be correct, but after a week, it looks like they haven't even received my package. I reported this to Paypal to get my money back. This rating is not for the shoes, since I never received them, but the order was placed on January 7th, today, January 14th, DHL has not even received the package

Ive ordered shoes and since the arrival I was quite satisfied with the result of the height boost.
Ever since I just might only wear the Elevate Shoes because I got used to the height so much.

I ordered sneakers with a 10 cm hidden insole to gain height. The concept looks interesting and promising, but the sneakers have not arrived yet. Therefore, I cannot rate the quality, comfort, or fit at this time. I will update my review once I have received the product and tested it.
