We had a great experience with the cleaning team but where worried at the beginning as they were not on time.The professional cleaning was done perfectly,the cleaners were too good as the took time to clean each and every corner;thanks Sam and Stev.I would recommend eleventh hour services.

Well, where do I start. I have given 3 stars as to be honest the cleaner “cleaned” the house. However, based on my experience I would NOT recommend Eleventh Hour Service and I warn you not to use them. I had booked a slot between 8am-10am for the cleaning to be done. Mark ( the cleaner ) called around 9 am and asked if I will be home all day as he wanted to go do another job prior to attending mines. I told him I booked an earlier slot 8am-10am for a reason. Anyways, Mark came and assessed the house and started to clean. Bear in mind I ordered an end of tenancy clean my expectations were that all filing cabinets / storage units, bathrooms and floors to be cleaned throughout. I’m afraid this was not done. Mark was a very nice gentleman but he seemed overwhelmed and took about 6.5 hours to clean 2 rooms, 2 shower rooms & a reception room? The house was medium to small sized and the job could have been done in about 4 hours. Also to note that the house was empty/ partially furnished. So to state the house was in a good state prior to his arrival. I must note that Mark walked off & disappeared for about half hour without even saying anything. He then said I’m on break which was all fine but I was not made aware. Secondly, I had paid to get the oven cleaned however the oven was in fact in good condition and I just wanted the fridge cleaned. This was such a big problem for the company & instead of the company telling me, Mark had to get these instructions from the company lead to NOT clean the fridge. After back and fourth the company allowed mark to clean the fridge. One more thing that I found strange was that Mark started walking around taking videos of my house without my permission????????? Under no circumstances did I consent to this and if they want before & after pictures this should be consented for. Lastly, at the start of the task the house had no electricity. I had then manage to get this sorted and Mark was able to use the hoover. Again wasn’t amazed at the job but he cleaned. Mark himself is a nice guy I just believe it’s bad communication between the company individuals and what’s exactly expected from him. I don’t believe he cleaned the kitchen surfaces and honestly would actually like my money back.
