I’d give it no stars if it was an option!
My husband ‘ bought ‘ me £’s worth of what we thought was ELF skin care and make up in December, for my birthday.
I have received NOTHING! I can track my ‘ parcel ‘ which says it was delivered 22 days ago.
How can they get away with this!
Total scam, I too received a ring instead of make up. I found an email address snd they have refunded but only because I paid by credit card. Bank have been fab. Website is no longer available. They also go by name of leggingsoutletpopular.
Wish I had looked at the previous reviews this is a scam. I ordered products 3 weeks ago and when I have tracked it says they are in the postal system in china. There are no ways to contact the company to chase it up.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I spent a lot of money only to not receive my order and they are ignoring the multiple emails I have sent. Too good to be true with the offers on the website stated. They make it look legit with the elf cosmetics logo etc but I should’ve taken extra precaution before spending my money!! Do not fall for it! I am demanding a refund, the order has not been delivered despite the tracking number stating it has. Con artists!
This is a scam. Don’t fall for the cheap prices. You will only get a cheap plastic ring in the post! They need reporting and website shutting down
To good to be true with the sale prices. When I went to check out and to use PayPal (for security) there was no options, even tho it states that you can use it? Wanted my card details straight away. Came straight off it
