I accidentally find this brand on Instagram and am surprised by the HIGH quality of the products. The customer service response is pretty fast, and the problem I had can be solved with high efficiency. LOVE the dress I bought and highly RECOMMEND it!

I ordered a dress and when I queried the delivery date I was told they weren’t allowed in the factory due to Covid restrictions.I am not sure how they can take the payment for a dress when they know they can’t make it allegedly

If I could rate this company 0 stars I would. I ordered two items almost a month and a half ago and still haven’t received anything. I’ve tried contacting them via phone and Facebook with no reply. Also have not even received an email with shipping information. I think this company is a complete scam

I ordered on November 21st and still haven't received the product. They keep telling me it's on its way but still haven't seen it. I think I have been scammed.

I have ordered from this site 2~3 times in the last few months and received pretty dresses. The quality is not bad. They are a trustworthy company. Recommended!

Do not use this company. The pictures are not the product you are delivered. They are cheap nasty materials which come from China. I decided to send it back but to do that you have to contact them and tell them why you want to return the item. Then you have to pay for the return which considering it’s China isn’t worth it as the postage is more than the refund!! Total rip off now I’m stuck with an awful Christmas top that won’t see the light of day and it wasn’t really cheap to buy!

Found this website on Facebook. The order arrived faster than expected. It just took about 10 days. And the fabric is soft and cozy. I'm satisfied with the order.

I have ordered several lovely dresses from ELFSHE x they are so comfy to wear x good quality and how it looks on the ad is just how it is when u wear it x had loads of compliments when wearing them!! One very happy customer 😊😊

Agree with all comments below. What kind of company tells you as a returns option to find a friend who fits the dress and then they’ll send another one for a discount price!! Last time I take a chance on ordering off a Facebook ad.

Totally agree with the comments below. Items do not match the pictures. Horrible poor quality and impossible to return as the cost of return are higher than the product value.
This is the response from Elfshe when I requested the refund:

''Since our warehouse is located in China and returning goods from your country to China will require you to pay a logistics fee that more than average due to COVID-19. Would it be possible for you to keep it and send it to your friends who fit it well? We are willing to refund 30% of it to you.''

Ridiculous!!!

I ordered 2 dresses in two different sizes as I was unsure which would fit me. I checked their returns policy which stated that I would have to pay postage back, which I thought would be fine. At no point does it state that you have to send back to China which means it's not financially worth me doing it. So stuck with two dresses I am never going to wear.

Disgraceful that they don't make this clear. Do not use.

Returning items - you have to send to China!

Do not shop with these guys! A few items are ok, but the majority are rubbish!
They also delete comments from social media!

If you’ve been affected let me know as I’m reporting them for fraud.

I ordered a white dress from Elfshe which arrived stained and very scrunched up. The item is poorly made with loose threads.
