TOTAL SCAM - they took my money but never sent the shirt. I ordered it, and paid for it, on February 19th. Every inquiry results in the same answer, that it is in transit and I should be patient. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS UNETHICAL SCAM.

Terrible company. Scam website. Waited around 6-8 months for a simple little bracelet and I was sent an empty packet after the linen wait they have not given me a refund and refuse to refund me after I sent them pictures and video of the empty package. I recently seen the emails sitting in my inbox and I have wrote this review and deleted the emails as I am sure nothing will come from me trying to get my refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, I ordered goods in March and I’m still waiting for them, apparently in transit, I have requested a refund and they keep asking me to contact the post office, it was for a Easter gift and that has been and gone and I no longer want the goods, I just want a full refund, they are scammers and don’t return your money when requested

I ordered a shirt on March 4, 2020 and STILL have not received it.
I form me it’s still in transit.

Horrible knock-off company. They sent me two shirts that had CUTS in them, that were clearly during manufacturing. They kept asking me for pictures of the packaging, which I had not kept and didn’t notice the large slashes in the shirts until too late. They keep saying over and over that they need the pictures of the SKU numbers but I told them I am more than happy to ship the shirts back to them to inspect them so they can see they are their own shirts but they just ignore that request. I am extremely annoyed. They said that they need to know it is their product because “there are many other companies who sell similar items,” only come to find out after searching online and talking to an American company that Eliepop is the knock-off company stealing other people’s designs. Eff these guys. I am disputing with my credit card company now.

Gave one star because I to give something. Do not trust these people. They will take your order - your money - then send you months later something you did not order and would not wear. They will ask ask for pictures of skus and items and packaging after many many emails and off you a 5$ credit at their store!! Ha! After many more emails they will offer you $7. You finally tell them you want refund not credit and finally agree to 7$ because you know you won’t get more they screw you again and refund 5$ Back to your PayPal Acct. Dishonest irreparable business!!

This company should no longer be doing business at all. We submitted a simple order for 3 shirts. One of the shirts was nowhere close to what we ordered. Elipop has refused multiple times to send us the correct item, or simply refund the $23.99 that they charged us for an item that is useless to us. They simply will not take responsibility for their error and resolve the issue. I can see by other reviews that this is the normal practice for Elipop. The response that we continue to receive: As the return shipping charge is high and need a very long time till we received. We sincerely suggest if you will consider again to keep the item. maybe you can give it to a suitable friend/family as gift or transfer it to colleagues/neighbors.Meanwhile we can refund 5 USD gift card in this case. You can use it and place another order . How about that?

I ordered two shirts. They took about 4 months to arrive. And only one was what I ordered. I reached out and got a response about how rare items weren’t always the same when what I got was completely different. They offered me a $5 gift card in return of messing up my $15 shirt and want me to order again after they messed up.

Ordered 2 sweatshirts 60$ the end of February. No tracking history says my package has been hanging out waiting for pick up for 2months now. Emailed and got a automated response all 4times. No refund. And no product. Very poor service all the way around.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered 4 shirts back on April 10th, 2020. The total was $115.49. I NEVER received them. Each time that I contacted the company they sent me an email stating that they were sorry and that the items were shipped that day...WRONG! They lied! Nothing was ever shipped from their company and they did not refund my money. The company is a scam. Trust me and do not lose your hard-earned money to a deceitful company like this! So disappointed!

I was sent a stained product and got in touch with them to get a refund, but had no solution for this problem. Do not buy anything from them if you want to use your money wisely.

STAY AWAY.ordered and paid £70 for 2x frenchbulldog jumpers in Jan and have not received anything!!!keep getting crap excuses and now being told they have been ‘delivered’ in March when my last reply in April was to say they are delayed...FUMING is an understatement-I’m £70 out of pocket and they can barely be arsed to reply now!!
1 star is only because I can’t give ZERO

I ordered 2 sweatshirts, 1 was the correct one sent fabric is thin but still nice. The other shirt they sent wasn't the shirt I ordered. In contacting them so far no response to the wrong item sent or refund. I will be disputing the charges after reading the rest of these reviews. Won't be ordering from this fraud company again.

I ordered a the "waymaker Lyric sweatshirt" as per the picture advertised on their site. What arrived was a very cheap t shirt and the design on the front wasn't the same. I asked for a refund and they offered me a $5 gift card and said items may be a bit different than pictured. I would steer clear of this company!

Sorry folks but a really bogus company. I ordered two shirts and they finally came after more than 2 months and do not look like the shirts in the pictures. Extremely cheap, no tags inside for how to launder. Stay away from this company!!

I ordered 3 shirts and paided and got email with tracking number and does not work can’t call cause no number works beyond pissed off glad it was only 32 dollars DO NOT PLACE A ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY I AM ABOUT TO BLAST THEM ALL OVER FACE BOOK THIS IS SO WRONG when all I wanted was my shirts that I paided for and not a fake tracking number

I ordered my wife a t-shirt back in April. I Have still not received the shirt! I too got the email with the shirt being shown as shipped with a tracking number that does not work. beyond pissed!

Worst customer service and experience ever. I ordered 2 sport dresses and I received a top instead. I wait more than a month for delivery.
I've never received the 2nd item. They stopped replying to my emails and I think they have blocked everyone who complained, using Covid 19 as an excuse.
I believe they should not be allowed to promote their business in any online platform.
I am short of 80 AUD. Multiply this to 1000 other false orders...

I ordered two tops in March. Today is June 4th. I never received them and never was refunded. I emailed the seller and they never emailed back. I disputed with PayPal but they said there was not enough info so they sided with the seller. I am out $40!

In January 2020, I ordered a shamrock sweatshirt that was grey and green and a “Burberry Plaid” wrap. In April, I received a “Basketball mom” sweatshirt that was brown and orange and a poorly knitted striped sweater. Neither is remotely close to what I had ordered! I had nearly daily email conversations with their “customer service department” who offered to allow me to keep what they sent and they would refund me $4!!!! I told them that was unacceptable, as I spent over $40, and they ultimately upped their offer to $7, which, I have still not received (it’s now June). I guess I’ve learned my lesson. I’ll not trust a Facebook ad again!
