Absolutely disgusting. I ordered the rain jacket and the steamer and both are nothing like what was advertised. They have been processing my refund for almost a month and are not responding to any emails now!!!!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, ITS OBVIOUSLY A SCAM!!!

Do not use this site, raincoat arrived, quality shocking, have been emailng since the 2nd of September till now requesting a refund without even no response/acknowledgement.

Do not use this company, raincoat arrived, quality and sizing appalling, asked for refund which was eventually agreed, was told.via email it would be processed still waiting, appalling and illegal, do not order from.this company

Same story unfortunately, not what I ordered, took forever to arrive, cheap rubbish, asked for all of the irrelevant information like pictures to issue a refund but more likely to buy themselves some time, oh and you guessed it NO refund!

I assume the company has many different names given since purchase, I've seen it advertised everywhere other than Elimosin! I feel embarrassed I didn't look here first, I hope others do but I think they're selling under all sorts of names so will rip a fair few more people off yet!!

Do not go near this company. Item I received was no way anything like the picture/videos, really cheap nasty material. Have been chasing them for a returns label for the last 3 weeks. They are no longer replying to my emails.

Yes like everyone else the jacket is a pile of crap.and not a but like the one supposedly advertised took ages to be delivered the clothes from temu are far better quality . Cheaper and delivered quicker the women advertising these jackets should be ashamed of
themselves I hope something notvso nice happens to them one day very soon they are supposedly offering a 30 day guarantee only where do they go back to

Absolute crooks. I asked for a refund, provided all the information they requested (and there was a LOT) was promised a refund and then got nothing but lies and delays. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE Ordered the so called raincoat and what a croc of sh*te it was when it arrived, the material was shocking I’ve had dishcloths that were more waterproof than this, emailed them on 3 occasions to return it and get a refund, eventually I got a reply asking me to send photos of the raincoat and the original packaging it came in of which I did, got a reply saying they will forward it to there quality assurance dept (probably doesn’t even exist) and will receive a reply in 5-7 days, still waiting 2 week later so have messaged them again 3 times this week and had nothing and I’m not holding my breath 😡

Saw on instagram, purchased on 11/08/25. Never received item and customer feedback was quick but now company doesn’t exist on instragram and no reply now item has been ‘delivered’ although never received item

I wish I had seen these reviews first .... absolutely gutted to have wasted my money on this joke of a "rainmac". It's awful, nothing like what they advertised ... surely we must have some consumer rights?? I've emailed today after receiving the item but guessing I'm not ever going to get a resolution. I am not going to order anything from companies who use the 'SHOP' platform in future as everything always ends up as a scam. Disgusting companies can operate in this way.

Not even worth a star. This company are a scam. They claim to be selling a waterproof jacket made of a tec material. It takes ages to arrive and when it does it bears no resemblance to what they have been advertising. It is made of cheap material , the colour is different and the item looks awful. Currently trying to get a refund and they are making it difficult insisting on email proof and photographs. Now going to dispute the transaction with card company. Avoid at all costs

Scam. Jacket ordered - sent from China. A horrible cheap top arrived 3 weeks later which is nothing like the one advertised. Asked for refund and was advised to send photos as proof. Heard nothing from them since.

Don’t touch this company. Total scam! Waterproof garment is not in the least waterproof. DO NOT BUY!

If I could give this website 0 stars I would. Ordered a 'waterproof' jacket, which was meant to be stormtec. When it arrived it was like a rubbish synthetic material, which was not even splash proof, let alone waterproof. It was completely different to what was advertised. I genuinely think this website is a complete scam.

This is a Chinese scam. Facebook is flooded with these bogus companies. Dont touch them.

Wish I had seen the reviews on here first. Completely echo all other reviews. Ordered a waterproof rain jacket, took 3 weeks to come. Not as advised at all. Material is awful and not waterproof. Style is not even the same!

The return email address is a random email, highly doubt I will be getting my money back. Outrageous.
