Very bad customer service, they don’t answer the phone nor reply to emails. Still waiting for my refund of more than $200 due to unavailable items ordered November 2020. Their internet site shows items as being available when they aren’t. They take your money and don’t refund.

Absolutely pathetic customer service. I did not receive my order at all and nobody responds to email or phone. It’s been a month now since the order.

The most discusting customer services ever. Never answer phone. Waiting a month for refund . Will not respond. Same happened a year ago. Why I ordered again I do not know. Do not use this firm ever. Still no money back.

Amazing customer service from Eleanor! I received the wrong item in my order but after an email with not even an hour passing, I got a reply apologising and sending me the correct item with next day delivery for free since I explained it was for a gift. I was even told I could keep the incorrect item for this occasion. Eleanor was fantastic and the product was high quality, well packaged and very reasonably priced.

Hi. I ordered this item for my grandson. It seemed a long time arriving, then, surprisingly, the person who lives in my old address turned up with the parcel and said it had been delivered to her house. We left that address eight years ago! If it wasn't for the kindness and honesty of this lady I would never have received my parcel.

Items ordered directly from manufacturer were delivered very quickly, once we had finalised our requirements. 10% discount was a nice bonus given the value of our order. Our only issue was a slight delay in actually being able to place the order, as the email communication regarding the availability of special order items was misinterpreted a few times.

A good range of bed linen designs for boys. Good for making up bedtime stories. Excellent price for the quality. Although not 100% cotton and good mix so hast irritated my sons skin. I would buy from this company again. The process to buy on line was simple and the delivery came quickly.

I was looking for a pillow case for my V shaped pillow and found them at linens. Incredible value for money, excellent quality, did not shrink when I washed them. Spot on.

I was looking for some nice butterfly duvets for my daughters and came across elinens website. Chose 2 very good value designs, had a few problems ordering online so rang customer service who immediately put the order through for me and said I should receive them the following day. I was abit nervous incase the quality wasn't great so also ordered on a well known high street website.
The next day as the young lady in customer services said I received my order from elinens, great quality and beautiful designs which my daughters love. The other order from the well known high st company took 3 days to come and the quality was not great considering the price!
I have already recommended elinens to a number of friends. Thank you x

Was looking for a 200 weave sheet in Ivory and found this supplier, who delivered quickly. Item just right, and am very pleased. Washed and remains good.

Great prices, service and quality, definitely recommend to anyone.
