Never place an order with this company…
Never place an order with this company as they have gone from good to worst due to bad customer service.
Placed an order a month ago, 2 weeks been chasing for my order, and nobody answering calls. After that finally, they picked up the phone and told me they will check and will give a call back in 30 mins to confirm. Waited for 2 more days and then i chased them again and was informed it is out of stock and they kept my money with them rather than doing due dillegence. This is shameful because I have been waiting for my order for 1 month and now it is out of stock. no due diligence has been done till date by informing me regaridng anything.
Finally told that she will go to warehouse and find if stock is available and if it is not than they will process a refund. What a bad company they are.
Customer services was zero as i have placed orders from them before but now they started doing doggy stuff.
Never will go back to them and i hope i get my refund back.

Hi, sorry to hear the product isn't working, could be a faulty battery or if it is a pro bar may just need a charge putting in it. I can see the product was delivered to you on the 20th, i have checked the emails and there is nothing there from you nor is there a received call from your registered mobile number, is this even a genuine review?

Terrible!!
I bought an item and was told it was posted on the 30th March, I am still waiting! I have received 1 email to ask that I wait until the 12th April which was 16 days ago. I have sent 6 emails in those 16 days and not had a single reply!! Tracking that i was given just said the item couldn't be tracked until a delivery attempt had been made and now the tracking number doesn't work. Wouldn't be so annoyed if they acknowledged my emails! Terrible service!

Hi Katherine, sorry to hear the item has not arrived, i checked the royal mail tracking number and it would seem that it is lost in the network. I checked the emails we sent and we advised you to leave it until April 12th and come back to us if undelivered, this would be more than enough time for royal mail to get the job done you see. I have checked since April 12th and can see no further correspondence from you so i'm unsure as to what has gone wrong there, the tracking number does still work though, it just says they will attempt delivery but it is clear now they have lost it. Anyway, give us a call in the morning and we can sort it out, we can't do anything if we don't know about it.

these were definitely fake solos and not real ones!!

Hello, this is a disappointing review to say the least. We welcome all feedback as a rule, but not this type. You have absolutely no grounds to say what you have done, you do not know where these bars are made, you do not know where we buy them from, you know nothing of our business practices. Did it occur to you that maybe you received a factory defect? Because, that sometimes happens in any manufacturing line, but more so in the vape industry. All you had to do was call us or email and we would have sent replacement, but we certainly won't now.
Waste of money
Out of 8 only 4 was working the rest didn't have enough gas or air in it , and got not the time nor spending more money to shipped back , they should have been tested properly before been shipped , The flavour taste was different from the original taste ,the customer service was ok , I did receive the parcel pretty quick , after all Im really disappointed , what a waste of money , won't recommend .

Hi Naoelle thank you for your reveiw, however, you may have felt different had you come to us with the issues you have encountered, as the product problems are manufacture issues and where possible if something isn't working properly we will always endevoure to put it right, we cannot test the bars as for hygiene they are individually wrapped and boxed, which is also the sign of the goods being genuine, sorry you feel disappointed Lou
