Really bad quality and non existing customer service. Bought a letter necklace that broke after using it a few time, which is not accetapble givwn the price. Tried to contact the company twice and met with silence.

Scam! Purchased an item on 24/06/2025. Item did not arrive, and seller is not replying whatsoever. Trading standards have been contacted. This seller is gone awol.

Do not buy

The website claims ‘absolutely no tarnishing’ and a 3 year plating guarantee. It says water and sweat resistant. However, after 4 months my necklace completely tarnished back to steel. I contacted Elisella through their contact form as it recommends to do and didn’t even get an acknowledgement reply. I also messaged via their social media and got nothing. This is clearly a scam. It’s not cheap to purchase either so it’s easy to believe their claims. But the jewellery is not up to standard and I feel like I was taken for granted in a postpartum haze falling for the silly Instagram ads.

Following from others reviews which I wish I had read before purchasing. Cheap tat that has tarnished within 6 months and caused a rash on my neck. Customer service non existent and doesn't reply to anything. "Warranty" unobtainable since you can't get hold of them. Avoid avoid. Cheap rubbish from temu!

Tried to contact the company numerous times but no reply!

When I received my item the clasp to the necklace was already faulty! I have emailed them and filled in the contact me section on website and have not heard a single thing!
It was an expensive piece of brass, that was suppose to be a nice mother’s day gift!
It’s been a month now and still haven’t heard from anyone. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

My husband ordered me a personalised necklace and bracelet in the buy one get one free offer for my birthday. Only one item arrived and the initials were wrong. He got in touch with them and they said they were sending replacements, which took ages to arrive, so I emailed them and said if we didn't receive anything/hear from them, we would take it to trading standards. They did respond, quite rudely, and I have now received the correct bracelet which they just shoved into a packet rather than delivering in a box like the first one, and still no necklace. We will be contacting them again but I don't expect a positive outcome. Save your money and order elsewhere.

Expensive tat from AliExpress!

I ordered because I fell for the Instagram adverts. My own fault really. If you read the full details you’ll see that it’s stainless steel! After a few weeks waiting for my order I began to wonder where the hell it was coming from and no, it’s not handmade in the UK, which is what I thought it was. Anyway, it’s horrid, awful cheap looking tat. I passed it off as a learning experience and got on with my life. That was until today. Today I’ve used my Evri app to track another parcel and what do I see in my previously tracked items but a parcel from AliExpress. I’ve never ordered from AliExpress ever so I was shocked to see this but thankful that I always give names to my parcels whichever method I’m tracking, I add a note so I know exactly what I’m expecting and on the note it says Initials Necklace. After a little look on AliExpress I find my exact necklace that I paid £42.99 for and it’s just £2.53. PLEASE learn from my mistake and do not order from Elisella unless you like it, order straight from AliExpress instead.

I got the personalised initial necklace as a gift for Christmas & it looks beautiful however, the chain is incredibly sharp meaning it caused 100's of small scratches around my neck plus irritation, after an hour I had to take it off and I took almost a week for my skin to return to normal.

Since Christmas I have tried to resolve this with Elisella and their customer service is truly the worst I've ever experienced. They take up to 10 days to reply to an email, normally after multiple follow ups and the message they give is inconsistent each time. I'm nowhere near a resolution which I have been trying to reach for 7 weeks.

Would avoid this company at all costs.

Absolute scam. This company almost certainly is drop shipping. I have no clue why the website would mislead people saying 1-3 days it's been 3 weeks and I still have not received my order. Disgraceful.

I have emailed and had one reply 10 days ago stating it would be completed 'towards the end of the week' no further correspondence and two emails ignored since!

AVOID

Absolutely atrocious company. I paid for a necklace and when it arrived it came with a knot in that I cannot get out. I have tried MULTIPLE times to get in touch with Elisella for a refund/replacement and no one has got back to me. I have been emailing constantly for over a month now and I’ve heard nothing back. So I now have a necklace that I cannot wear. I’m really unhappy and would not recommend Elisella at all, they take your money and then don’t want to know if somethings wrong.

I ordered a dainty necklace as a gift and it arrived in plenty of time. When it arrived it was more beautiful than expected. Such brilliant quality. Will defiantly be a returning customer.

My order never arrived. I’ve sent multiple emails and messages on social media with my order number and I have just been ignored!

This company is just a scam! Don’t waste your time and money. I’m so disappointed and I am having to call my bank to report fraud!

It took 2 weeks to receive the necklace, even though it was saying 1-2 days.
It DOESN'T LOOK like the necklace on the website, very cheap, not nice and is also much thicker.
On the parcel, under the delivery adress, it was another label, with my name but deliverd by a Chinese company. I am very sure my necklace was ordered from Temu, because I have found the exact one, for £1.39.... Not for £30!!! Hence the long waiting time.
And obviously I can't return it because it is personalised!
Extremely disappointed, I wanted something unique and nice but I have got the opposite!!
Don't get scammed guys!

I ordered the dainty personalised bracelet with my partner and Childrens initials on. Absolutely beautiful. The delivery took a little longer but I emailed and Elisella got back to me within minutes and explained the delay and my parcel then arrived a few days later. This is such a beautiful gift for yourself or to gift to a loved one. Will definitely purchase again. Thank you

Great quality gifts to either yourself or a partner. Have bought a necklace and bracelet for my girlfriend with initials on and she couldn’t be happier!

Postage did take longer than expected. Necklace is beautiful. Lovely colour of gold and expensive looking. The simplicity is absolutely beautiful.

I gifted myself the necklace with the initials of my kids E-K, what can I say, not only the necklace was Beautiful, so elegant, perfect size and color for my likeing!! Really Impressed! Ah, Also loved the little bow tie on top of the box, didn’t expect it, such a nice touch 🥰♥️
