Following a bad experience with another company, we were recommended Elite Electrical by another tradesperson in the area. From the start, the process of our solar installation was made very easy. Everything happened exactly when they said it would, scaffolding was installed in plenty of time, deliveries were on time, the installation team arrived promptly and worked very tidily, keeping us informed along the way, despite horrible weather over the day and a half. Final decided to install a large Solar farm on my property, and having contacted several companies, with what I can say was dissapointment in their responses, Elite Electrical were a breath of fresh air, and quick to respond, quote and organise an installation date.

Everything went like clockwork from the scaffolding to the actual 3 day installation. These guys worked liked troopers and got my 31 panels installed in a 2 phase electric system giving me 12.5KW of power.

I can't recommend them highliy enough, a fantastic job, professionally installed with excellent work quality.

If you're thinking of installing Solar, make sure you give this company your job!

I was beginning to despair that I wouldn't be able to fine anyone to help change the login on my battery. I contacted Elite Electrical they agreed to come and see if they could help. The charming man that came, firstly rang to apologise that he would be a little late and then on arrival reconnected me in less than 20 minutes. I couldn't have been more delighted.

We had a solar package (panels and battery) added to our garage as a secondary solar PV system to the house.

Adam was very knowledgeable on his site visit; he advised us on what we could achieve, the quoted price was good and the installers were experienced and did a neat and tidy job.

A roof tile did get broken during the process but a suitable replacement was sourced and replaced in good time. Overall I'm very happy with the experience, we're looking forward to a sunny summer!

solar panels fitted. Work carried out was precise. Workmen were polite and responsive to any questions raised. They cleaned up after themselves.after a slight hiccup everything appears to be working smoothly.
I have received certificate and relevant paperwork although am unable to print off. Was expecting this to come as a hardcopy. Company have since updated their policy and will now offer hardcopies for those who cannot print off.
Better communication from the office as to when people were arriving I.e scaffolders in particular would be helpful.

I'd been looking at solar panels for my house for some time. I'd had several other companies come out to survey prior to Adam getting in touch, he was great, understood my needs and quoted prior to coming out which was a massive help. Price was great and we agreed the sale and waited installation.
It was fitted within two days. The guys that came over to fit were really friendly and cracked on. We had a few little issues with some tiles that weren't put back on the roof properly, but Danny rung me straight away and arranged for someone to come back

Would recommend Elite Electrical as they were great throughout, especially how quickly they came back to fix the bits we weren't happy with

Right from the start, I found the company very helpful and there quote was good. There was one or two hecups but all was soon put right.

Very good service, accessible, effective.
Down side, desorganised, some part of the team didn't know what the other part of team plans were.
Wrong invoice.
But all sorted as accessible.
They / you need a coordinator.

Im very pleased indeed with the Solar PV system installed. The work was carried out in the timescale stated with only minimal delays for the appalling weather recently. This is understandable.
Communication was excellent and I was kept informed. The work was carried out by a crew of efficient and professional electricians who were all very friendly and careful to do the job without disruption. They exceeded my expectations. I also think the price was very good. The installed system is delivering 14% of my electricity in the worst possible few weeks of weather and I have no doubt at all it will deliver a very good return if the weather improves and when the summer comes. Im as sure as can be after just 3 weeks that this will be a great return on the money. I have no reservations at all on giving Elite Electrical a top rating and recommend them highly. I am fussy, and they have done a great job. If your thinking of solar go for it! Update 18th Jan 23. After 11 weeks in the worst weather I can remember for solar we have now managed 130kW/hr of power generated and we are suffering shade at this time of year. Its clear the return on money invested is good and we have averaged between 25 and 30% of out household requirements from out PV system.
