Very poor customer service obviously didn't want the job

Got in touch regarding a birthday party. Had a quote and replied back to get more information and heard nothing back. 2 weeks later I chased up and spoke to Mark Dilley the "Director" and he promised to send over information on colours, chairs bars etc - never heard anything back. Chased up again with emails and a phone call and just got excuses why he hadn't replied back. When I said to him it's not very good customer service and I'm having doubts whether to book the marquee, his words were.. 'well that's up to you'. Not someone wanting to promote how good his business was and wanting custom. Last email to him, after re-sending twice, he promised to reply back to me with confirmation of everything and still waiting. Alarm Bells are ringing here. Very poor customer service. Useless at communication and obviously doesn't want any business, or maybe didn't want any business from doing just a garden marquee - if that was the case, just say so and don't advertise doing birthday parties in that case. Based on my experience I would not recommend.

Excellent all round

Great size marquee which we hired for our Silver Wedding. Very efficient in putting it up, fitted in with our requirements (getting a tree partly in the marquee) and created a super space. Looked fantastic and all our guests were as delighted as we were. In addition to this, they honoured our booking and quote from 2020 which we'd had to cancel because of COVID. Initially visited our garden to see the space (back in 2020) and made some really good suggestions about how we could use our garden
Super company, very professional team.
