Dishonest, Lack of Communication, Thieves

I recently had a frustrating experience with Elite Auto Repair. From the start, I felt there was a significant lack of communication regarding the status of my car repair. I was promised updates, but I found myself constantly having to reach out for information. On multiple occasions, my calls went unanswered, and I was left in the dark about when my car would be ready.

To make matters worse, when I finally received a response, I was given vague and inconsistent answers about the repairs being done. It felt like I was being misled about the timeline and the cost. I was quoted a specific price, but when I went to pick up my car, the final bill was much higher without any clear explanation for the increase. This lack of transparency made me question the overall honesty of the service provided.

I believe that good communication and trust are vital in any service industry, especially when it comes to car repairs. Unfortunately, my experience with [Car Repair Shop Name] did not meet those expectations. I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience, and I will be looking elsewhere for future repairs. They also drove my car without consent to another location putting an additional 150 miles on my vehicle. The owners Nick and Moe are very dishonest ....please do not take your car for any type of service they will take you money and leave you with unfinished work....check out other customer reviews on google..
