Hi Sharon, We're very disappointed to hear that you didn't receive your products, however as we discussed with you over email, we sent your products out promptly after your order, so if they never arrived then this is due to a courier issue.

We also mentioned in the email that if you didn't receive the products you should let us know and we would happily send you a replacement free of charge - we never heard back from you, so we couldn't rectify the issue.

Happy to discuss this with you further and hopefully reach a resolution that helps you with your pain.

Hi Inderjit,

We are extremely sorry to hear this but we have done everything we possibly can. Unfortunately due to Covid-19 international orders have been delayed and this is totally out of our control and hands.

As you can see when you track your order, your item did arrive in Spain on 25th November and was awaiting clearance by customs. Our customer service team did get in touch with you and provided you with your tracking number so you can keep tracking.

We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience it has caused you, as a kind gesture from us we will give you 20% off your next order.
