Folks so great, makes you wanna stay
I completely forgot I had entered in for the daily draw and won a 10g gold bar or £1k. They called me while at work the next morning but couldn’t answer. When I was on lunch brake I listened to the message and was super excited! Because my phone was on airplane mode while at work I didn’t have the phone number they called from so I emailed them. When I got off work they had responded with the number in which I called. She let me know my options and I chose the cash. Received follow on instructions and 48 hours later it was in my account. Great folks to talk with and swift responses. Made me renewed my Platinum membership.

I have been playing for two months…
I have been playing for two months now, and the only amount I have won is a few pence. I kept playing, but then I noticed that the ticket numbers are arranged differently. Some rows have 6 numbers, while others have 7 or 8 numbers in a row.
At that point, I told myself that this is just a waste of money. I don’t think I will win, even if I buy thousands of tickets. Please check your tickets carefully.

We're sorry to hear that you feel this way. Winning is never guaranteed, and every ticket purchased has an equal chance of being selected, regardless of how many tickets a customer buys. We have awarded thousands of prizes to winners across the UK, ranging from cash prizes and luxury items to cars and houses.
Regarding the ticket numbers, there appears to be some confusion about how our live draw chambers work. The number of digits displayed depends on the maximum number of entries in that particular competition. For example, if a competition has a maximum of 399,999 entries, the first chamber will contain numbers 0-3, while the remaining five chambers will contain numbers 0-9, making six chambers in total.
If your ticket number is 18,562, it would appear during the live draw as 018562, with the leading zero simply filling the missing digit so that all ticket numbers match the six-chamber format. This does not affect your chances of winning in any way and is purely how the draw mechanism displays numbers.
All draws are conducted live and transparently, and every valid ticket is entered into the draw exactly as purchased.
