I bought a pair of Vertotrek walking poles from this site. They are also listed on amazon under a different name. They were of poor quality and one wouldn't secure at all. After eventually finding a customer service email that responded I have had several emails back and forth. I want my money back and they don't want to give it. They want to send me another pole all the way from China (I think). These poles are rubbish and so is the polite but unhelpful customer service

TOAS FAREN - CAR HEATER .Absolutely rubbish. Was cheap/ plastic made in China and a broken stand,crushed on the side of the box when arrived, and then it didnt heat up..cost me £59.99.

Absolute con they’re rubbish!
They’ve apparently got 3 settings that you can’t distinguish between and all you get is a little tepid heat around the toe area that wouldn’t protect you from any elements that the advert tells you.
Also they come from China that you don’t know until they turn up a month later and you’ve got zero chance of sending them back. And they are probably worth £10 at best!!

Only wish I had checked this information on the above company. I regret ordering the items as they sent me 3 less although I had ordered 4 off and only received 1. The reviews here fairly reflect the company.

Agree with the terrible reviews of this company. Item was not as advertised and was actually faulty, many requests for refunds but I’ve been ignored. Avoid this company for your purchases - they will send you junk

The elitedeals.co.uk website includes fake Trustpilot reviews that cannot be located on Trustpilot’s own website. A thorough search of Companies House and extensive online research provided no evidence the the product shown as the top selling stick vacuum (ZygoWhir) actually exists.

Further to my recent submission, I would like to say thanks to Daniella.

I contacted PayPal about all the problems I'd had, and today they refunded the purchase price. I am so glad this site is here, and so glad I am with PayPal.

This outfit is still trading which is a great shame.

I ordered a CyKamera camera from elitedeals.co.uk, expecting the product shown in the listing, but received an item with a different brand and label shipped from China. The packaging was damaged, and the product quality was lower than advertised, making it unsuitable as a gift.
The seller explained this was due to a “branding strategy”, which I found misleading, and I was offered only a 30% refund if I kept the item. Or for a full refund, if it is sent to China at my own expense, despite the seller's UK-based website. They also requested that I declare a $5 custom value and mentioned that imitation products exist, which raised concerns about the authenticity of the product. After I raised my concerns through PayPal, the seller issued a full refund, which I appreciate.
While the refund resolved the matter, the experience highlights the issues of misleading listings, confusing branding, and unclear return policies. Buyers should exercise caution when purchasing from this website.

SCAM! They us fake reviews to praise their products. This is an online ripoff business, operating in different countries. Their review websites all have the same look & feel and end up with one Con: that the product is often sold out because of high demand.

Kicking myself for using them. Sent the wrong item without a returns slip and then went to ground. Company is based in China, with no traceable trading history in the UK. If I could go ZERO stars, I would. Badly described products, unresponsive barely existent customer service, no phone contact or process for returning items. If this is what 'elite' looks like, I'd hate to see 'average'.
