It’s a bad company the director claim to have knowledge and experience but they hate doing administrative task leaving senior managers to their own diary management and meeting organisation I would never recruit they it’s a Micky mouse organisation ask them how to manage or run a project or about good clinical trial they don’t have a clue. Use them but ensure u know what you are getting into they will ripe you off. They will claim they are working from home usually Tues n Friday but you will not be able to get hold of them certain time of the day. All the best

I used Elite Execs as a sub-contractor for a couple of years to provide clinical study file management and clinical site contract negotiations/management to one of my start-up Pharma clients in Switzerland.
