Mohamed was very helpful with the mouse problems that I had in my house. He inspected every room thoroughly and was able to detect the places the mouses had been. He filled the areas with poison and I haven’t had any problems since.

I contacted Mohammed on a Sunday with a complaint of a rat in our house. I was worried as we have two small children and the rat had chewed through our wires. Mohammed was very helpful and polite on the phone and was at our house within the hour! He dealt with the rat problem very quickly and professionally and then looked around our home and told us where else rats or mice could get in and how we could stop them (we’re in the process of house renovation so lots of holes!). I’d highly recommend Mohammed to anyone with a rodent issue in their private home.

Mohammed was the upmost professional. He came to my “rescue“ when I discovered a mouse problem. He was very understanding of my fear of rodents, and answered all of my questions. He did a very thorough examination of my property and explained everything every step of the way. He was also very kind to my little dog and made sure everything was safe with him around. He then followed up with me as he said he would. I was extremely happy with his prompt and thorough service. I’m hoping I won’t need it again but would not hesitate to call should I have any pest issues. When I looked him up I saw that he had all five star ratings. I’m happy to add another one there as it is well deserved.

Mohammed provided an excellent service all round. Unfortunately we had a problem with rats and he came straight round to help as an emergency as although my dog had caught one I had seen a live one still in the conservatory and this was late evening and very worrying. He spent a long time finding and catching it, (it had climbed up and hidden inside a garden parasol of all things) and took it away for humane disposal. He was very calm and professional and gave a lot of advice and explanations. He also laid baits that would not harm our dog and explained how they work. As my dog then presented me with another one a few days later this was clearly not a one off.
Mohammed came back to inspect the situation and on the same day thoroughly 'rat proofed' the house. He spent a long time sourcing the places where they had got into the underfloor space from outside and also the places where they had then come up into the kitchen from under the fitted cupboards and where the dishwasher and washing machine were plumbed in. He sealed up all the places under the cupboards and the outside ingress point which was in a corner behind the soil downpipe.
He has also checked back with me later on. I would thoroughly recommend Elite Force Pest Control.

Mohammed was able to come out the same day I called - he thoroughly inspected our house and laid poison to take care of our mouse problem. Everything was sorted after a single visit and Mohammed promptly followed up after a fortnight to see if we’d seen any further mouse activity. We didn’t need a second visit. Highly recommended.

He was great, we had a little mouse in the house. Once the landlord call him we never had anymore any problems at home.

Quick and excellent service. It is lucky that he is not far away from my area when I call him. He visited my house in one hour. The wasp nest had been removed safely.
He also provide free service if the nest not cleaned. It is crucial feel comfort and happy for his job done!
