Excellent service from start to finish. Easy to book a date and time for my MOT that fits in with my life. Arrived and greeted with a smile and a courteous reception, explained the process exactly. One hour later a phone call to say all done, car is back safe and sound.

I’ve been taking my car to Elite Portsmouth for a few years now and wouldn’t use any other garage. Excellent customer service, a high level of professionalism and quality in the work done and really good value for money. I frequently recommend them to others as the best place for Service and MOT.

I took my Van to Elite because it was making a worrying noise. It was diagnosed and booked in for a repair. The Van was in the garage for almost 2 full days, due to the wrong parts being sent. The repair cost £379.00 and as soon as I drove my vehicle away I could tell the noise was still there. I immediately took it back and was told that the repair that was carried out definitely needed doing ; I was shown a pile of greasy metal as proof of this, which meant nothing to me. Apparently 3 separate mechanics checked it and couldn't hear the noise. So I'm nearly £400 poorer and waiting for whatever is causing the noise to fail , potentially catastophically !

Visiting the Haywards Heath branch, the staff were quick to diagnose and fix the issue with my tyre they advised the cost of the work prior to it being completed. I have used this branch previously and would recommend to others.

Very happy with my experience at the Walmer branch of Elite - as on previous occasions, the reception, work quality and value for money were all excellent. I'd add that on this visit I was especially pleased that a vibration/noise problem that other garages had failed to address over 6 months of trying was successfully resolved.

Friendly efficient service at a reasonable price. The only small mistake was they forgot to stamp the service book which was in the door of the front passenger seat.

Had a Clutch kit fitted to my Hyundi ix35 at Elite garage Newport iow excellent friendly service price paid as quoted you never get any annoying extras added on so a good job done.
