I have places an order for a racing sim and was promised it was going to be shipped the same day and that I would receive tracking details for my order. We are now 6 days later and I still did not receive shipping confirmation and tracking details. I have been promised several times that tracking details shall be shared but now they are no longer responding to my calls, texts and watsapp. Very bad service and can only hope that my 52,000 INR are not lost.

i ordered cosmic byte keyboard and it had wobbling issue first i talked with then on call they said they will call back but they never did, i am also trying to talk with them on email but i am getting no reply and their number is switched off. customer care service is very poor.

Very bad customer service. I have order motherboard worth of 25k and next day i tried to cancel it through the portal because i wanted a wifi one as it was not available at the time of placing order and became available next day.
I have submitted a cancel order form multiple times and got no response. So i tried a customer care number and they told me it cannot be cancelled and cannot be replaced. I requested them that the product is not yet delivered and once it will be delivered i will send you back sealed packed and you can verify and then make a replacement and also i will pay all the shipping cost. But they didn't agreed on that too. I did a mistake by ordering from elitehub. I will never order again.

Absolutely loved the experience. This was my first time buying any tech outside of Amazon and Flipkart, at first I was scared but now after this amazing experience, I am thinking to buy all tech products from elitehub. I brought a razer viper mini and their costs are lower. The packaging was so good that if you throw it from one planet to another, it will survive. Never seen this level of packaging in my life. The delivery time was also the same as Flipkart and Amazon. I applied for COD and it was the same.
Overall this is a very trusted site and genuine, believe me. Every paisa was worth it. And nobody will scam you. I am happy with my razer viper mini.

I bought Logitech g203 and I show that product serial number and package serial number could not match they helped me to solved that problem but.....why it's gonna happen

shipped damaged motherboard and when ask for replacement they took 10days to respond and said motherboard can not be replaced

I placed an order for PSU on 30/07/22. But still that product not yet shipped and still showing order confirmed. No response for calls.

I bought Razer Deathadder V2 Mini from this website. I placed the order on 21st January and got it delivered on 29th January. The price of the mouse was almost 1k less than amazon's sale price. I was sceptical regarding quality of the product but the packaging was very good and I got the product in it's original package and with all original documents.As of writing this review, I have been using the mouse for a month now and so far I have no issues. Would definitely recommend buying products from Elitehubs.
