Worst costumer service

Worst costumer service! AC unit broken. It's been 5 days . They haven't fixed nothing yet. Always waiting in line . Wasting my time . They never solve nothing. I'm so frustrated about it. I will never recommend this company on the insurance of your house. They are just stealing your money

Elite home warranty is the best

Jonathan sold me my warranty and did a wonderful job explaining everything. He even gave me a direct line to contact him if I ever had any problems I did not want to write anything until I used the warranty They sent some great guys to work on my AC unit A motor had to replaced. The work was approved right away and the company that did the work got paid before the workers left my house I’ve had other home warranties and nothing ever went smoothly! The AC guys even mentioned that this is the easiest company they’ve ever worked with! This was a great experience!!!

EXCELLENT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am not a paid actor, just an average home owner. I just got Elite Home Warranty coverage in April, 2024 and have already have had to use it twice since then and it's only July. I was nervous upon signing at first as they are located in Brooklyn, NY and I'm in Yardley, PA, but they had the best deals so I thought I'd give them a try. I want to tell you...THEY ARE NO MISTAKE! They have already paid me $500 cash for my Microwave to be replaced and just today, another $419 reimbursement coming via direct deposit to my checking acct. in just a few days, for an electrical breaker for my pool that my "own" electrical technician, whom I was allowed to choose, charged me. They are quick, easy to work with and extremely fair. I'm paying about $800 a year for over $18K worth of claims coverage allowed and they allow me to pay it monthly. Now how can you beat that?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HIGHLY recommend them and on top of all that, they're extremely nice and thorough!
