**Title:** Excellent customer service and expert advice

I had a great experience with Elite LED. Blake was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me choose the correct LED strips, profiles, drivers and wireless switching system for a large decking project at my property.

The products are high quality, communication was excellent, and whenever I had a question, I received prompt and helpful advice. We did experience a delay with one of the deliveries, but Blake worked hard to resolve the issue and kept me informed throughout, which I really appreciated.

Overall, I would definitely recommend Elite LED for anyone looking for quality lighting products backed by excellent customer service and technical support.

I've been emailing Blake over the past few months, finalising an LED lighting system for a media wall. Replies have been prompt, even over weekends (which I wasn't expecting), and the advice has been great. Once the order was placed, profiles were received in a few days, and the LEDs a few days after. Brilliant customer service. I have no hesitation in recommending this business.

What can I say! Absolute pleasure to work with Blake from Elite Led. I was unsure which LED strips and transformers I would need but Elite Led came to the rescue. After a few discussions and sending over the dimensions of each room. Blake made some calculations and came up with exactly what was needed. Very accommodating, quick at responding. Super fast dispatch. Perfect all round supplier for trades or public.

Great service , sorted a little issue out promptly

I contacted elite led after having an issue with some led tape from another company. Blake couldn’t have been more helpful. Top quality tape and shipping was next day!
