We've lived in a property managed by Elite Lettings, for 9 years now. They are very quick to deal with any issues and always respond promptly to all communication. I would like to also make a special mention about Laura Williams, who is always extremely professional in her approach, we have dealt with her, since we moved in & we really couldn't be happier with every aspect, of our interactions. I would recommend Elite Lettings to anyone wanting to rent through them or use their lettings services.

Have used letting agents for some 30yrs now and Elite Lets deal with my properties in Eastbourne , have done so for 5/6 yrs ; if I had to score them out of 10 I would give them 15/10 .
Anyone having a property to rent in Eastbourne area has to go and speak with them . Usually there is a limit to being helpful , but they have stepped right over this line and I am amazed at how helpful they are .
I have just purchased another property to rent and for them to find a tenant . Whilst way from the UK for a few weeks , they have gone out of their way to help get it ready to let , not their responsibility but without even asking they have been there to help all the time .
If honest I am somewhat taken aback at how helpful they have been . So from me to them , thank you Iain for all you have done and it really is appreciated
