I ordered a replacement lower control arm set for my Subaru Forester and they sent me a defective part that was already broken. When it was immediately installed. The bushing was cracked on it so I took pictures from the mechanic shop after they had installed it and informed me of the problem and I immediately sent the pictures over to elite race. Fab requesting a refund and a shipping label and they refused to pay for the shipping. I had to eat the cost of the shipping and pay $80 for shipping to send it back.

They did issue refund of original cost, minus shipping. After asking them for a shipping refund they refused and claimed that I did not need to return the part and that it was not defective and that I had used it well. Yeah I had to use it to install it to find out that the part was broken! LOL. What a joke. Do you not order from them. They are not a reputable company

I purchased lug nuts for my car and they were too large in diameter to fit in the rim holes, so I needed to return them. Not only was it a total pain trying to return the product because it didn’t fit on my car, they didn’t provide a shipping label and then didn’t return 100% of the price paid. I will not make a purchase from this company again.

My first and last experience with thus company ordered parts some are missing from the box. Paid over 200 dollars. Horrible business.

My order was processed quickly, shipped the next business day, and arrived in excellent condition. I received the exhaust system I ordered and wouldn't hesitate to order from Elite Race Fab again.

JR WAYNE your company should be shut down for lack of customer service. Elite race fab is one of the worst companies I have EVER purchased from. if you have an issue its over! They treat you like a second class citizen. Funny I would think a VETRAN owned company would have thier SH$T together. Its a absolute nightmare!!!!!!!
P.S. my warranty is still not completed after starting this process on NOVEMBER 2 of LAST YEAR!!!!!

Ordered on a Tuesday and to my door and on the car before Friday night. These guys and gals make moding our cars too easy. Good description and images as well as how to instruction manual provided which helped save me some time. Not to mention all the savings coupons I keep getting from them will have me spending more money soon for sure.

I love talking with AJ and Jerry at Elite. They have always helped me figure out what I need and get my parts to me within 1-2days. I will be buying a few items next month. Thank you guys and gals!

Terrible customer service!!! Won't refund my money after I sent back faulty product !!! Don't recommend buying from them!!!

They shipped me a Go Rhino Br20 Bumper that was missing every single part required for installation besides the bumper itself. The Bumper was not even wrapped in bubble wrap or in a box. It was just shipped in a single layer of plastic wrap.

I purchased the bumper from EliteRaceFab.com and after asking them for assistance, after their responses of "lol we dont know" and giving them time to offer to ship the missing pieces, they literally offered 0 help. They openly admit multiple times that the hardware should be included, and even blame it on GoRhino at one point. So, I moved on to Go Rhino for assistance.

GoRhino.who has attempted to help me, but EliteRaceFab has made it difficult for them every step of the way. A month and a half later, I am still sitting here with a bumper I cant use, and GoRhino has done everything in their power to get me the parts (on backorder), and even cooridinate a pickup of the bumper and credit back the distributer. Today Eliteracefab informs me that they are going to charge me a restocking and inspection fee for returning the bumper that they know was missing parts. According to their site, this is roughly 20%.

WHAT??!?!?!?!??!?!?! I am not returning because I want to, I am returning because a replacement wasnt offered, and no one can send me the parts.

The worst part is they use "Veteran Company" as a shield for their terrible customer service and business practices. They should be ashamed.

Do not bite on EliteRaceFab.com's pricing. It is not worth the headache.

Wish you people was local, as I would be broke but have a bada$$ ride. Until then I will keep ordering weekly part by part.

Not recommended. The parts I ordered were garbage & I ended up having to return. Not my fault and they still ended up making me pay for shipping AND restocking for parts I don’t even own? Smh. Check their other reviews, terrible customer service. I’ll be lucky to even get my refund money back.

I purchased some wilwood brakes but it wasn’t the correct ones . So I reached out to them so they gave me the return address. So I shipped it back with UPS says delivered but they claim they never received it. . So now im loosing 400 plus because they are trying to scam me. Don’t buy from them!

Horrible customer service and communication. They claim to be a veteran on the business, which is why I decided to do business with them, being in the military myself. It’s a super unprofessional business, with a lot of errors in orders. If you try to contact the customer service with any problems, they will do the best they can to not answer your specific questions. I don’t get it.

Being a veteran myself, I try to support vet owned companies but hard to support this company after this.

I place an order, it says free shipping, far exceeded their threshold for free shipping. Day later I get an invoice for almost 25% of the total order price just for shipping, this is absolutely ridiculous for shipping anything. I ask to cancel, they then say they will charge 10% of the order price if you proceed with cancellation. Will be looking else where for my 260RS rebuild and will be telling others to avoid.

Update: after over a week of telling them my physical address would cost more in shipping because I am currently stationed overseas, (being "veteran owned" they SHOULD know what an APO box is. It's a Military address for personnel stationed overseas.) They finally agreed to initiate my refund. Now the wait begins to get my money back minus their "fee" that they charge even though they give you NO time to cancel the order before it "ships/processes."

Update: 16 days later, still no refund. It looks like they made it appears as if I got a refund and then cancelled it. Classy move guys. You file a dispute with your credit card company, they then threatens legal action. Totally a company I want to do business with. Shop elsewhere.

I highly recommend shopping else where. This company and it's customer service is a joke.

Only got half of my order customer service would not send me it after explaining it to three different people, and when trying to return it they wanted me to pay for shipping and a 30% restocking fee.
