Great for my recovery
Having just rejoined the gym I found myself having a lot of pain a few days later. I had been for massages and never seemed to work. So I purchased the gun and used it after a workout. The different attachments helped me get deep into the muscle helping with recovery ..The product is top quality and has different settings; can only firm the first setting at the moment. Lol
