Ridiculous Shipping Experience

I thought the shipping time of 6 - 20 days was reasonable, since the product I ordered over a month ago shipped from China. However, it has been 36 days and the tracking information shows my order is 2 states away and hasn't legitimately updated in over a week. I emailed Elite Tails for help and got another link to the tracking, which then inaccurately showed half of my order was out for delivery. It was not. The next day it showed that everything was still 2 states away. I'm starting to think I won't ever receive it.

A truly wonderful experience

A truly wonderful experience. I made a mistake, ordering small instead of medium. Elite Tails were absolutely outstanding. They held the order, changed it, did everything to ensure I received the correct size. Communication was fantastic. Highly recommend this company.
