Discord custom service very good. but I am new this propfirm . I'm seeing on Trustpilot that many people have given reviews of payout decline, so I'm not able to trust it. I'm wondering whether I should invest money in it or not. Please reply meee

Be very careful before choosing Elite Trader Funding.

I made around $6,000 profit on a 50k Sim-Funded account and was just about to reach payout eligibility. Instead of allowing me to complete the final requirement, my account was suddenly moved to Live Elite and my Sim account was closed.

All profits were lost and never paid out.

They say this is “at their discretion,” but moving traders right before payout feels extremely unfair and raises serious concerns about how payouts are handled.

This system puts traders at a disadvantage — you can do everything right and still not get paid.

Make sure you understand: your profits are not real until they are actually paid. Until then, you have no guarantee.

I purchased a Direct to funded account for £511 recently. This seemed like the logical option as I am an experienced trader, it seems to good to be true, and it is. the 15 day setup as well as the profit margin is extremely confusing, adding hidden challenges throughout the challenge making it near impossible. I received the pay-out nearly a full week after i requested it as well, where a supposed perk of this account is the speed and quality customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The setup was a little confusing as I received a notification that there was a problem and a delay, but it had already registered fine. I logged in and used Tradovate integration they provided. I read the rules of the 50k eval. So I misunderstood one of the rules, and here is where they get you and get your money.

Ok so here is where their rules really get you and they scam you out of your money quickly for most traders. I opened up a position and I was up $1000... I opened another favorable position and it jumped 2k (unrealized gain), but then suddenly dropped 2k (UNREALIZED GAIN), then it went back up but my account was frozen. Eval is over. I lost my money. They have a trailing rule where if you go up, and it goes back down too much (WHILE UNREALIZED) you lose. So imagine a very volatile day where it swings up a lot drops down a lot then back up before you sell. You can't do that. You gotta be careful of the swings EVEN unrealized amounts, not just when you buy and sell.

I saw this rule but I didn't really understand it in practice.

It's a bad rule - I get why they do it, but it also should be more clearly explained (especially highlighting that you can get your account paused unrealized).

Stay away from this prop firm at all cost. Looks legit but wait till they have to pay you.

I had a very disappointing experience with this prop firm. After successfully earning profits through my PA (Performance Account), my account was suddenly closed without proper justification, and I never received the payout I had rightfully earned.

This raises serious questions about the firm's integrity and whether they actually intend to pay traders who succeed. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before trusting this firm with their time and money.

Until they improve their payout reliability and communication, I cannot recommend this firm.

My first payout,smooth process, great setup for a beginner to succeed.you can setup stop loss and profit target for the day in the tradingview platform.This has allowed me to prevent all the bad habits.

I did have an issue regarding an account that was on renewal during one of their sales. It was a bit of back and forth but their PR were honest and said they dont see a notification email sent to me so they made it right.

The fact that I could reset my elite account to carry on where I failed is a great initiative from ETF. Be it at a price. Having said that discounted price resets offers are great I have to say because they give traders another push to rectify errors and go forward.

Amazing customer service with quick responses. Payouts were approved usually same day to allow trading account very next day. Ridiculously cheap elite reset! They give away so many accounts free daily as well!

f you’re hesitant about joining this firm, don’t be. I’ve been funded with them multiple times and have received several payouts. I’ve even reached Transponder Live Elite status. Yes, I blew an account before — but that was on me, not the firm.

If you’re looking for an honest prop firm that truly cares about its traders and is built for traders, this is the place. The team has helped me improve my discretionary trading along the way, and their customer support is always professional, fast, and reliable.

Complete scam.. I had 50k in profits across 2 accounts and 2500 dollar payout got denied and accounts terminated because they said I used replikonta

Violation of Trade Copier Policy
We found a 3rd-party copier service or a service that provides a trading algorithm. As outlined in our Terms of Service, all trading algorithms must first be reviewed and approved by ETF before they can be used.

At this time, only Tradesyncer and Tradecopia are the approved 3rd party trade cloud-based copiers. The custom local-based solution from Replikanto is still in development, so its use remains prohibited.

I completed the payout requirement, met all the trading rules, and submitted a payout request — only to receive a vague email stating my identity verification was "not approved" due to unspecified "inconsistencies."

Here's what I found unacceptable:

No specific details provided about what the inconsistency was, making it impossible to dispute or correct anything
No confirmation of a human review — the decision appears to have been made entirely by an automated third-party tool
The same documents passed KYC verification at multiple other prop firms without any issue
A refund was issued as if that resolves the situation — it doesn't. I earned a payout, not a refund of my challenge fee

This feels less like a genuine compliance concern and more like a convenient mechanism to avoid paying out profits. Traders deserve transparency and a fair appeals process — not a copy-paste rejection with zero accountability.
I would strongly caution other traders to research this firm thoroughly before committing time and money to their challenges.

I’ve been trading with Elite Trader Funding (ETF) for about 2.5 months now, and I can confidently say it’s been a great experience.

After my first month, during which I successfully requested three payouts on my Sim account, I was moved to a Live account. Since then, I’ve been making regular withdrawals — all processed smoothly and without any issues.

Their communication is excellent and transparent. Whenever I’ve had a question or a technical issue, the ETF team has responded quickly and helped me resolve it right away.

At one point, after a bad day(these days will come for sure) my DLL was reduced by 50%, but after demonstrating consistent trading performance, I requested a reassessment. They reviewed my case fairly and restored my DLL to its original value — which I really appreciated.

Today, I reached my profit target and requested another payout, and to my surprise, the funds hit my Rise account in less than two hours. That level of efficiency is just amazing!

ETF is a truly reliable and trader-friendly prop firm. I’m very satisfied with their service and hope to continue trading with them for a long time.
