Management company unable to fix broken a/c

This management company rents vacation homes in the Tucson Arizona area posting them on Airbnb. Our a/c was not working and we spent 24 vacation hours contacting the owner and management company. Problem not resolved. Instructed to cancel by owner through Airbnb. Mistake! Airbnb had no record of our communication with this management company but multiple screen shots later we are happy with our refund. Airbnb has now refunded our money. For future renters if you rent through Airbnb learn from our mistake and only communicate with Airbnb.
