Amazing size, features and quality!

I attempted to exchange my original order for a smaller 25L pink backpack but was unable to due to a system restriction that would not allow me to pay the small price difference. As a result, I was forced into a refund/reorder process, which unfairly requires me to pay shipping fees multiple times despite already having paid once. Support responses have been slow, unhelpful, and limited to apologies without solutions, leaving me frustrated and without the correct product. Clear options exist—such as adjusting the order with a small payment or compensating shipping costs—but so far no effort has been made to resolve this smoothly.

I bought a bag which had some defects in the few months. It was under warranty, I reached out to them, they immidiately sent a new upgraded version of the bag. Happy with the service.

I liked the backpack, it has a lot of space and is very resistant.

I ordered a backpack 25l an I love it very much. After some difficulties with DHL (my package broke and DHL repacked it, when I received it 3 pieces were missing) I contacted Elite x Training an they immediately sent the missing items.
