Order delivered quickly and correct

Great range , good prices , good quality, would be 5 Stars but they use Evri as courier so parcels invariably turn up late , damaged, both or not at all.

My last order was a disaster unlike all the other successful ones I have had over the years , as it appears that one of the items was not in stcok and was therefore not delivered. There was considerable confusion on new shipment date leading to having to be available for receipt and no shipment being received. This caused us considerable inconvenience.

Arrived in good time which was our normal experience although the order before this one took a long time to arrive which I think was down to the courier not you.

Excellent service good delivery

Delivery good (within 3 to 4 working days), separate couriers for bagged and liquid fertilisers). Bagged fertiliser was labelled as Trench Fertiliser (which is not listed on Elixir website)! However, the same NPK ratio as Pre-seed lawn fertiliser although no indication of iron content or trace elements, but hey what's a label, just hope it works!?
Otherwise the same reliable service I've come to expect from Elixir.

Really pleased with this purchase. The ordering process was straightforward and hassle-free, and delivery was incredibly fast—much quicker than expected. The product arrived exactly as described and was just what we were looking for. On top of that, the price was excellent, making it great value for money. Would definitely recommend and happily buy again.

Exactly what I was looking for. Potash fertiliser available in simple packaging and value for money. Much better than any garden centres.

The products are good, the packing and delivery was poor. I ordered products in sealed plastic tubs to avoid spillages in transit only to find the products were in bags with empty plastic tubs included. Twice the boxes were delivered damaged, and bags inside ripped and product spilled out. I informed them of this but got no reply. Products are good but packaging dept. needs improving.
