Nearly a month now waiting for my pots! They initially delayed with bulls*it excuses! You would think a company who knows Evri are sh*t and failed to deliver the first time would ship with a more reliable company. But no because once they have your money why should they care. Reading the reviews, this company really don't seem to care about their reputation or their customers! I will certainly not use them again as there is better competition out there. A true definition of madness 😠

I ordered 200x one pot type. They sent 100, I understand mistakes get made. The 100 I received weren't packaged well enough and several were split. When I contacted customer support they did eventually send the missing pots, better packaged and with some spares to cover the breakage, but it took ages. They took a long time to reply each time, and asked for info they already had, delaying the replacements further. They also wouldn't send the replacements until I shared the paper invoice slip, it was lucky I still had it in the recycling at that point. Overall, I liked the price and availability of recycled plastic pots, and customer service did resolve the issue, I'm just not very impressed with how long it took

Product was good and a competitive price but delivery was much slower than expected. I've used this company several times before and have been very pleased with their products but I can't wait that long again in future.

Have used Elixir in the past so was happy to order again. Slight mishap with delivery but as soon as I contacted Elixir it was resolved and my order arrived quickly. Will definite use again.

I don't usually leave negative reviews but on this occasion it's warranted. I have purchased items from Elixir through Amazon on many occasions before with no issues. However, having ordered direct this time, 1 item has arrived but the remaining 4 items have not been despatched. This is 8 days after the order was raised! Whilst labels have been created, There's no movement on FedEx tracking this is very disappointing. I appreciate May is probably a busy month but if a customer has paid and fulfilled their part of the bargain then Elixir you're letting us down. The lady in CS is very helpful and it seems to be FedEx that the problem sits with so Elixir, you may need to change your delivery company!

Took way more than the 5 working days to arrive even with the bank holiday in-between.
