I brought 2 scooters of this company the battery charger both broke straight away then they send me a replacement the straight after both batters broke then they sent me new one and now the chargers are broke again I’ve message them so many times they are ignoring me one of them I brought November and haven’t even been rode a hand full of times and the other one brought just befor and haven’t been rode much it’s sad I have to put the review but they are ignoring me and I got 2 up set girls as I can’t afford to replace them plus with every thing going on you would think they would help they have had my money now not interested would not recommend to buy of this company

Purchased for my son for Xmas he is over the moon with it as it is faster than his friends only thing is the battery runs down quite quickly but he is constantly out o it and with the freezing weather that might be a factor the only other thing is can’t seem to connect via Bluetooth. It’s only day three with the scooter I’ll give it a month and update the review but at this time very happy

So far a week after ordering and id not had any shipping contact information i emailled as it was for a birthday present to be told it hadnt even been sent out yet. No contact no notice of delays nothing. Now its going to miss the birthday date and i have to buy something else to replace it. Very disappointed as i was recommended.
