Elizabeth Boots FAKE ONLINE ADVERTISING NOT SA PRODUCT

As previous complaints have stated, this is a fake online shop with a fake product and is false advertising. DO NOT GO THERE. They do not provide a telephone number. They ship from China so it is not a SA company. Facebook ads says they are based in the Philippines, Spain and Venezuela. They advertise orthopaedic shoes as ""Premium & Soft Uni*** Leather Boots". You will wait for weeks and the product is cheap plastic. They also constantly state on their site that there is a shoe sale. In their refunds policy they do not refund sale items. The non-sale price is fixed higher than the value of the shoes. You are actually paying for the courier from China. They offered another pair of shoes for free - if I pay for shipping and handling! If the same thing has happened to you, please report to the consumer rights commission of South Africa. Search for their website and you find the complaint contact details. You can also report them via Facebook.

Substandard quality shoes

Ordered 2 pairs of boots on 17 May2023. Received them today 09/06/23. Light as a feather. Made with the lowest quality materials. Look cheap and crappy. They are not South African based company. Using the SA flag on their logo to lure potential buyers. Very expensive shoes paid for substandard materials. Will give these crappy shoes away. My dogs can have them to play with. 😏

Stay Away from Elizabeth Boots - Its a SCAM

Elizabeth Boots is not a South African Company and need to be stopped from robbing people. I ordered a pair of boots. The price was excruciating and it was delivered by Buffalo, coming direct from China.

The boots are of the Lowest possible quality and made of Cardboard and Foam. No proper Sole and they glued together. I’m not able to use this boot and unfortunately it needs to be disposed because the top of the boot came half way separated from the sole.

DO NOT BE SCAMMED. This Business needs to be investigated.

SCAMMERS

Not even one star worth. Advertise very nice leather and comfortable shoes and boots less 50% on Facebook. Even say they are in South Africa. Received boots after a month, CHINA JUNK, even an extremely small make. Don't think it can fit anyone, very narrow. No no-one come back by e-mail or messages. An absolute scam. There must be something we can do against this scammers. I see she got 38k followers, hope they are not all been scammed.

Elizabeth Boots; My wife ordered the boots quite a while…

My wife ordered the boots quite a while ago. So called tracking number has been send again a while back. However the given tracking number does not exist.
No contact details beside a ‘support email..
Email was send just now informing the ‘company’ of fraud case that was opened etc.
Lets see if I will get any response.
I truly trust and hope the prospective buyers will first investigate Hellopeters views before buying online

I was on FB yesterday & saw Elizabeth…

I was on FB yesterday & saw Elizabeth Boots advertised. I sent a message & commented that Elizabeth Boots looks South African. They replied back & said we r South African based. I proceed to reply back & told them that I will have a look @ prices styles & colours on the website. I have just read some of the customer reviews about Elizabeth Boots & won't be purchasing.

Wrong size

I ordered a 4.5 size, i am a size 4 but allowed the extra half size to be sure of a good fit. The shoes delivered today are so small i cannot get my feet into them. No size marked on the shoes but 37 on the wrapping. These are size 3!! I am a perfect 37 and these are definitely a 36 or smaller.

POOR QUALITY CHINESE SHOES

I ordered 2 pairs of slip on shoes . Advertised 5 - 7 working days, only found out after 2 weeks it gets shipped from china. Received it after 4 weeks. The shoes do not fit as they are made for Chinese feet. I asked to return them and was then told that they come from China and I must return them at my cost to China. She did tell me shipping was from South Africa. I will not recommend anyone to buy from this place. Extremely bad service and false advertising. Please be warned.
