Elizabeth Ockford designs and manufactures luxury wallpapers – with a distinctive English style – from her studio in Sussex. Now, after many years of working for some of the biggest names in the wallpaper design and print industry, she has formed a high-end interiors brand under her own name. The company offers an array of services from designing, printing and selling its own brand wallcoverings; to offering a variety of bespoke wallpaper design and print services to trade clients. With her team, Elizabeth is able to colour designs specifically to a client’s needs, and also create designs unique to a particular project.
Great customer service, prompt dispatch and went the extra mile by refunding a roll of paper in spite of the packet having been opened. Oh, and the paper looks fantastic on the wall!

I didn’t purchase from Elizabeth Ockford. I wanted to but the wallpaper I chose, would, despite still being on the website and on various other retailers’ websites, appear to be out of stock and not being reprinted. Very disappointing.
Reply from EO this morning. You are still selling the paper on your website. I just checked and screen shot so your reply isn’t true. Also, the supplier who took my order then refunded because the paper is out of stock is now selling the same out of stock paper at half price. Good grief!

Dear Pamela, I am very sorry that we didnt have the item you wanted in stock.
But your comment raises a valid point- all of our wallpapers are available in the market for at least 3 years, but after that time, if items are not selling well any more, they become discontinued.
This is standard practise across the industry - and we are always happy to suggest similar designs that might do the job for a customer, as a replacement.
If I remember correctly, although the item was still on retailers websites, it had actually been removed from ours. Stock can run out over night sometimes- and it is not always within ours or the retailers capabilities to update websites in real time.

The service was extremely good, from the ordering to the delivery. I had a query after receiving my beautiful wallpaper and the person I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful. She actually went above and beyond to help me. Thank you Lauren. I wouldn't hesitate to use Elizabeth Ockford again and can thoroughly recommend them.
I had a wonderful expereince ordering my wallpaper - it came to a tight deadline and it was great to speak with the designer!
Elizabeth and the team have a wonderful business ethos, they are supportive, imaginative, keen to support and offer help and advice. Their professionalism is exceptional as are their products, I would not hesitate to recommend the team and their terrific products. Our decorator, who is very experienced commented he had never worked with such good quality wallpaper before, it was a joy to hang.
We commissioned Elizabeth and Lauren to design some bespoke wall coverings for one of our care home projects. They are creative, efficient and so easy to work with! We shall definitely be using them again.
I can't recommend Elizabeth Ockford Ltd highly enough. I knew the Sadie wallpaper would be the ideal paper for my bedroom but was unsure of the number of rolls I would need as there is quite a large repeat pattern. I contacted the company and received excellent advice from the Design Manager on how to calculate the number of rolls. The finished room now looks absolutely stunning and I am so thrilled with the wallpaper
Even the way the rolls were packaged was special. I feel I have received a quality product which is also good value for money.
Great personnel service, and lovely quality wallpaper, Everything arrived quickly and in good order, and sending unused rolls back was very easy, I would use this company again without hesitation.
I ordered a sample, unfortunately when it arrived it was A4 size with very little of the print for me to be able to decide on a purchase. Neither did it give me an idea of the colours used.
