Trip is perfect but App is useless for customer
The trip itself is perfect. Everything is well organised. The holiday homes are great. We already planned our next trip for next year. Only the App ... the only purpose of the App is to remind you when the payment is due. You can't even view the accomodation if you want to show it to someone. So just book, ignore the App and enjoy .

Fantastic holiday, we have had an amazing holiday here due to the warm welcome of Maria and Ana, the facilities were clean and perfectly located. The cleaning service during our stay was very good and professional. Close to the beach and great restaurant with amazing views and supermarket. What a great experience!

Great destination, but very disappointing service of Eliza
We booked a package holiday through Eliza (accommodation, flights, and car rental) because it seemed more convenient to us. In case something went wrong, we would have one single point of contact. Unfortunately, the service did not meet our expectations.
Upon arrival, the accommodation provided was not the same as the one listed on the website. We were given an apartment (1 bathroom, 2 full-sized bedrooms, and 1 children’s room with bunk beds not suitable for older teenagers), instead of a villa (3 full-sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms).
When we inquired with Eliza, we were told that we had to resolve the issue ourselves with the property owner. Unfortunately, this is not the response we expected. We had hoped the organization would make an effort to help us solve this. I tried reaching out to Eliza again regarding this matter, but never received any further response.
What made the situation even more frustrating was that every day, houses on the property became available, and it would have been relatively easy to move us to the correct accommodation within a few days — but this never happened.

airplaine tickets :
when i booked my holiday , 2 flights were given : 1 by transavia and 1 by brussel airines. it was easy to book a place and cabine luggage : extra costs 200 euro for 2 persons.
we decided to change the hotel after a couple of days , but we did not know that the airplaine tickets because of this change were canceled. there is no refund so i had to book for a second time the seat places ; double cost and this is not nice

I understand that it is not nice to book the seats again. If you rebook the whole booking, everything of the old booking will be canceled. If you have the exact same flights for your new booking, you can always ask the airline if they can put the same seats in their system. Sometimes they can do it, but we can't guarantee that unfortunately.

Everything was so easy went so smooth, lots of information via email and the app. During the whole trip I didn't feel worried, checking in was a breeze, getting the car was a 5 minute process.
Appartement was as described in the listing and so quiet. Really lovely. Would definitely recommend.

Eliza Was Here offered exactly the small-scale accommodation we were looking for. Since we have often travelled by our own car in recent years, it had been a while since we had booked flights and rental cars ourselves, and we are very satisfied with the package that EWH offered.
The offer was of high quality, the communication was very clear, and the various components of the package holiday fit together seamlessly. Especially for a holiday, this was a very smooth, relaxing experience that we would gladly repeat!

Eliza was here a very long time ago
Noisy, old fashioned, leaking taps and sink, the weekly change of towels and bedlinnen does not happen automatically. Nice cove but 15 minutes walk downhill and very steep uphill.
No airconditioning, no internet, rusty ventilators.

We arrived thursday
We arrived thursday, People were still working ( a lot of noise) and no privacy.
They did this all week except for sunday.
If it wasn't the workmen, they there were cleaning women all week running around.
Very annoying! I thought "Eliza was here" stands for privacy and calmness?
