Butterfly hoops & customer service
I love the butterfly hoops earrings so much! The work is very detailed, dainty and cute. Additionally, customer service was great as some problems occurred with the delivery but the seller made sure to solve it. I had a pleasant experience discussing the issue and resolving it. Beautiful mystique

Outstanding customer experience
The bracelet is beautiful but the customer service was outstanding! I asked for the bracelet to be a specific size which it was when it arrived. But I had got it wrong and it was too small. No problem. The team made it larger for me at no cost and super fast speed because I needed it for a family party. The communication was really good. The best customer experience I’ve had in a very very long time!

First Class service and Excellent Quality item

I placed an order but unfortunately got an email to say it was out of stock. I was told it would be 2 weeks before my order could be fulfilled and as promised it was two weeks.
