Great scooter, and very helpful service

I bought my EX11 a few weeks ago, and I am quite satisfied with this scooter.
The motor is powerful enough and there is no problem to climb up a small hill.
At the beginning I was worried about the range, so I contacted the customer service. Immediatly I got some great tips on that, and how to adjust the brake discs and change the settings in the hidden menu.
I ride to work a few times, from my home in Täby to the office in Kista, and the distance is about 15km, most of the places are flat, except the north entrance area of Kista and Akalla.
After fully charged and I drive at the speed of around 20km/h, it can go 3 trips with a little battery left. Considering that I usually carry my backpack and it ads some extra kilo, I am quite satisfied with the range.
I also like the removable battery design that I am thinking to buy an extra battery, just in case I need it for a longer trip.
