I bought a product from ellajames but the day after I was told that there was a mistake and the product was out of stock and discontinued. I am still waiting to have a refund

Beautiful chair purchased and delivered free within 2 days. Exceptionally well packed. Contact through their website was excellent with very quick and helpful responses. Absolutely delighted with both my chair and the service provided. Will purchase from Ella James again. Thank you

Superb!

This is the first purchase I’ve made with Ella James which meant I was able to benefit from a 10% discount. I would definitely shop there again. My Zuiver coffee table arrived promptly and was well wrapped against damage. Beautiful item. Highly recommend this site!

cowboys and Indians wigwam

Unfortunately the product which we ordered just wasn’t what we wanted but Ella James were very good downloaded a free returns label and have promptly refunded our money. We ordered the cowboys and Indians wigwam - excellent material and lovely pattern. Thank you.

Excellent service

Excellent service - excellent and prompt communication to arrange delivery. Delivery itself was fast and item arrived in perfect condition and was well packaged to prevent any damage. Very competitively priced as well. Overall very happy with the service, have already recommended this company to friends.
