Many snack peoducts contain juice from concentrate as an ingredient. I can’t stand food brands that market themselves as “healthy” when they are not especially for baby products is immoral. Juice from concentrate in baby food is considered less healthy because it delivers sugar without the fiber of whole fruit, making it easier to overconsume and less filling. It can crowd out more nutritious ingredients, contribute to tooth decay, and encourage a preference for overly sweet foods early in life.

Top-brand baby food pouches lack key nutrients, including Ella’s.

According to the BBC Top-brand baby food pouches lack key nutrients, including Ella’s. Massive amount of sugars, hardly any vitamin C. Consumers are being misled, I mean seriously? Now the danish and norwegian consumer counsel are indicating illegal for baby and harm-full plastics are found in the pouches….Are you seriously kidding me? Why setup a company producing baby food when you are going to act like this? Massively shameful!!

Careful of the tiny imprint that says YEARS

My little loves your pouch however

Your new range in years of age range needs fixing as normal parent going into the baby isle i picked my boy some carrot and orange pouches bare in mind he is only just 7 months old, the pouch says 3+ and in very little writing "YEARS" I gave my 7 MONTHS old baby a few of these pouches before I noticed ot said years! 3 years of age is not a baby anymore!! It's a toddler age! if your going to put toddler products in the baby isle please put the word YEARS in bold writing, as a mum you should know we don't really have time to be taking our time looking closely at writing we simply see 3+ or 4+ ect as month. AS ITS IN THE BABY ISLE!!! PLEASE CHANGE AND IMPROVE THIS!!! I'm so upset as to someone who has lost a baby recently im on edge about everything, I just really don't understand what processed you to put TODDLER food in the BABY isle and I'm sure I'm not the only parent that has made this mistake instead of putting an image of a massive carrot on the front maybe make your font bigger instead

NOTICE TO ALL PARENTS

NOTICE TO ALL PARENTS, DO NOT FEED THIS POISON TO YOUR CHILD IT HAS MORE SUGAR THEN A CAN OF COKE. LYING MONEY GRABBING THIEVES DECEIVES PARENTS WITH “NATURAL SUGARS” ON THE PACKET. ITS A LIE DO JOT LET YOUR CHILD CONSUME THIS.

These pouches are supposed to be healthy for your child please check the back label to see how much sugar your child is consuming! I have stopped using these products and I make my own homemade fruit and vegetables at home as it is more healthier.

My little boy absolutely loves…

My little boy absolutely loves everything he’s tried from Ella’s Kitchen but unfortunately have had a problem with one of their products lately more of a package issue than the product itself. I filled out a form to make them aware and a lovely lady rang me the same day and we went through the issue and I gave batch numbers etc over. All I can say is the customer service is exceptional, so kind and understanding and compensated far more than I would have asked for. What a great company not only great food but great owners too! Thank you so much

Great customer service

We bought a sealed box of pouches from our local supermarket, only to find when we opened it that one of the pouches had somehow got air into it during manufacturing and was spoiled. We contacted Ella's Kitchen by email with a photo and within hours had received a phone call from a lovely lady at their customer service. Vouchers as an apology were posted that same day. It was exemplary customer service and I was impressed that they were so swift to call us and take action.

Wish I could give 0 Star

Wish I could give 0 Star! The pouches are absolutely shocking to the point that all purées are very very runny. This has now caused my daughter to have belly ache and upset stomach. So unhappy with these. I have spent so much money on the pouches given that people have said they are the best. They are actually the worst!

My 2nd born was ment to go the same way (eating what we had) but it’s just not happened so far, so her fav is Ella. We have learnt that due to our eldest eating what we had, we puréed it all. So she never got the chopped up stages like what buying it premade does. They are healthy and know there isn’t added sugar or salt. It is pricey though, but… our 2nd is 10mths and been enjoying ellas kitchen with a smile. :)

Brilliant customer service

Had some trouble with delivery and got a call less than an hour after contacting them, got refunded for a couple of split pouches and got vouchers in the post the next morning. Their customer service is amazing

Absolutely shocking customer service

Absolutely shocking customer service. Products are substandard and expensive for what they are. Food from 6+ months is not freezable and only lasts in the fridge for 24 hours meaning 90% of it is wasted!

They wont easily give you a returns address either. Emailed the god awful customer services team to ask for a returns label. Got a blunt reply saying I needed to pay for my own postage. The idiocy of not even providing a full time mum who also works full time with at least a returns address is just unbelievable.

I then had to call their awful customer services team who gave me the incorrect address, postcode and street name unfound on royal mail website. Now have to wait for these fools to actually provide me with an address so that I can return a unusable order. Steer clear!

I like to buy organic food for my child…

I like to buy organic food for my child and myself. I recycle everything, I feel is our responsibility to try to avoid more waist, it is their future so our children have a planet where they can breath and where all the species can enjoy this amazing planet. It's sad Ella's package items come inside a package and all are non recyclable very disappointing. If you care about eating organic you should also care about how organic the packages are. Companies need to be more environmental friendly, they need to take more responsibility if they truly care about what your child eat surely they should care about the impact their packaging is causing!!

There isn’t anything my 11 month old wouldn’t eat from Ella’s Kitchen.

Looks & tastes delicious.

I love the fact the food is organic so I know exactly what by son is eating. The portion size is ideal for first time weaning or it can be added to something else to make a larger meal. Good range of foods to experiment with too.
