I order some shoes size 11 and I received size 9 and they refuse to pay for return.

I order some shoes size 11. They send size 9 and they are telling me that if I want to return I will have to pay for the shipping fee when this is clearly their fault.

Also the shop is supposed to be here in Toronto but it is clearly not in Canada but in China. I didn't make any mistakes but I have to return a product to China and we know that this will cost more than the product itself.
