The dress is beautiful and looks very similar to the pictures on the website. The fit is good though it sits slightly tighter around the waist than I imagined. It was still comfortable enough to wear out and I received compliments the same day. Delivery was smooth and the packaging looked neat. Next time I may size up but I would order again.

Item received was poorly made and fabric so thin as to be almost transparent. No delivery note or returns paperwork in the package. Contacted customer services and was offered 10% of cost price refund or 50% voucher to spend with them. Declined and was offered 20% refund or 100% to spend in store. They also mentioned high cost for me to return item.
Their web site has no mention of materials used to manufacture products.
I would say use at your peril.
Based on my single experience, quality is poor, returns process is barely in existence and the refund offers are insulting.

The jewelry is so delicate and pretty but it doesn’t look cheap at all. It added just enough shine to my outfit without feeling heavy.

The summer dress I ordered in May only arrived end of July. I received many mails with advertisements in the meanwhile. When the dress was finally delivered it was poor quality and much too small. The advertisement had stated that it could be returned, but that was not the case. To return the dress I needed to pay 30€, more than the dress had costed. I therefore recommend not to order with this company.

A business that claims to be local to Amsterdam but is in reality dropshipping from China. Terrible quality, I purchased linen pants; the label said cotton and my feeling says polyester. Customer service is responsive but not helpful. Finally I managed to get my money back via my credit card, so please try that! Don’t return on your own costs as it might never arrive there and then you lose return shipping costs as well

The product I got send was very cheap fabric. It was also different from the online picture. After 30 emails back and forth I only got 40% of my money back for a faulty product. Also the return costs are 35 euros.

I received a damaged product from ElleGems. According to European consumer law, I am entitled to a free replacement or a full refund. Instead, their customer service stubbornly refuses to comply with the law and is trying to force me into accepting either a minor 10% refund or a 50% discount voucher.
This is completely illegal. Since they refuse to cooperate, I have officially reported their fraudulent business practices to the ACM (Dutch Consumer Authority) and the ECC (European Consumer Centre).
Save your money and shop elsewhere. Unprofessional and absolutely disgraceful customer service.

Everything came exactly as described on the website.

So far everything is good and easy to order. Confirmation mail received straight away. Hopefully the clothes are also as good as it seems

Absolutely diabolical shoes are the worst quality I have ever seen. They are rude don’t answer emails, expect you to pay shipping to return goods, offer ridiculous vouchers rather than refund DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. AVOID

My beautiful ellegems jacket arrived 1 day too late for the holiday for which I ordered it. It was beautiful quality but though I ordered a 2XL it arrived sized Medium to Large. I am still looking for the form I need to exchange it.
