I'm super picky about silk, so when I ordered these PJs, I also got a silk swatch to do a burn test - yep, I'm that picky. Test came out great - 100% real silk! Feels amazing, super smooth and comfy. Now that I know it's legit, already eyeing my next set.

I love my new silk sheets from Ellesilk. They're soft , cool and look beautiful. Excellent quality and fast delivery.

I purchased a silk duvet cover from ELLE SILK that did not meet the size and quality specifications advertised on their website. I followed their posted return and exchange policy and contract them within 4 days. Despite their published return and exchange policy, they continually refused to issue a return authorization after over three months of emails. Instead, they pressured me to buy a customized product. When I disputed the charge with American Express, ELLE SILK submitted falsified information, went so far as to modify my emails, resulting in the charge being reinstated—twice. I spent hours resubmitting screenshots proving my case, yet they continued manipulating correspondence to protect their sale. Apparently a dispute process is mediation between a customer and a company, and since ELLE SILK had no intention of providing customer service, nothing could be done. Unethical practices, dishonest communication, and zero accountability. Avoid ELLE SILK entirely.

It was good. Just a reminder to anyone who decides to return their item, there is a process that you have to undergo via email so make sure you read that. The communication was good with staff in spite of them not having a number.

COMPLETE SCAM - Fake Products and Stolen Images

I paid nearly $400 for what was advertised as a luxury silk robe from ElleSilk. What I received was not silk at all, it’s a cheap synthetic fabric that feels nothing like the real thing. The robe arrived from China in a flimsy plastic wrapper without proper packaging, a return slip, or care instructions.

After some research, I discovered that the photos on their website are stolen from luxury brand La Perla. This company is deliberately misrepresenting their products to scam customers.

I am now in a dispute with them though PayPal, ElleSilk wants me to pay for return shipping to China, knowing full well it would cost more $40-50 if not more. There are also numerous reports of them refusing refunds even after items are sent back, claiming “damage in transit” or withholding shipping fees.

This is a classic drop shipping scam. Do NOT buy from this site. Save yourself the money and stress

I initially left a negative review because the product I received was not as advertised. Since then, the company has tried to intimidate me into removing my review by threatening “further action” unless I comply with their demands. This is unacceptable and only reinforces why I would never recommend them. Buyers beware.

Terrible company. Took my order and money then refused to deliver to my parcel locker so the item was returned to them. They said they would refund when they got the item back but after a month and many emails they refunded me only partially, they took $180 in “postage” costs. I disputed though visa and they were doing to have acted illegally

I found photos from my business being used by ElleSilk on their Pinterest to direct traffic to their own website. I believe using the hard work of a small business to profit for their own gain is immoral and wrong. When I contacted ElleSilk, they stopped responding when I asked them to pay a license fee for the unauthorised use of my photo (this is common practice for copyright infringement). This alone should tell you everything about how this company operates without any sense of right and wrong. Furthermore, I believe ElleSilk tried to remove my previous review for defamation. Defamation only occurs if it is untrue and I have proof through screenshots and video recordings of ElleSilk using my photos for their own commercial purposes.

I love the Celadon green color set I bought, but it was a difficult choice since the rest of the color options were all very good.

The 25 momme set I received was well packaged and very comfortable to lay on. I feel as though I’m a good temperature while under the sheets.

Shipping took a little bit but I was informed quickly once they were on their way.

I’m very pleased with my purchase.

My wife absolutely loved the silk dresses bought from ElleSilk. Good quality silk clothing. The customer service team is excellent. Would highly recommend this brand and def buy more from them in the future.

SOFT AND COMFORTABLE SLEEPWEAR
I bought a silk nightgown from Ellesilk's, and it's lovely. The material is really soft, and it keeps me cool at night. Sizing runs a little small, so I'd recommend going up a size. Otherwise, great product

I bought a silk robe from ElleSilk as a gift for my wife, and she absolutely loves it! The silk feels amazing on the skin, and the quality is top-notch. Definitely will be shopping here again!

This company is fraudulent and refused to issue me a refund by posting fake photos that the item I was returning was stained. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. I lost $179.

Well, she got back to me...and the shirt was SYNTHETIC. Don't fall for this scammy Chinese company purporting to be in the UK!!!

The product is very nice. We wanted to try out silk pillow cases, and we were not disappointed. The shipment also went well, we were kept informed of the status of the shipment.
