The products are over priced and cheap. Their return policy is disgraceful, they tell you can return but products may not reach their warehouse in China - basically, you are stuck with their terrible products unless you want to risk them not getting there. Why would a company that is supposedly Australian use such a dodgy warehouse in China? Customers, be warned, DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS, they look like they were put together in a sweatshop by unskilled labour.

The product was not as advertised. I purchased a leopard print coat and it came without a lining. It was extremely poor quality - thin and no lining. More like a cheap flimsy shirt and definitely not a coat.
I asked for a refund in accordance with their return policy, which clearly states I can access a refund within 30 days. This is not the case and the company placed many barriers for the return process - expensive shipping for the customer and no guarantees that it will clear customs in China. This information was not transparent and not clearly stated on their website - it's deceptive and misleading. I would not have purchased this product, had I known the facts. I sent the item back with tracking (and at great cost to myself) and it clearly stated through Aus Post tracking that it had arrived and was out for delivery. I even shared screenshots of my notifications with the company.
Elle the Label then informs that the item had not cleared customs. If this is true (which I highly doubt), then they need to absorb this risk and cost, particularly if they have a refund policy that does not declare this risk to the customer.
Initially, they offered me 10% of the sale price and to keep a coat that I would never wear. After many exasperating emails, appearing to be customer focused from Olivia (CEO) they offered me 30%. If an item is poor quality and not as advertised from the online photo and the return policy stipulates that you can easily access a full refund, then you should receive 100% refund. They refused.
This is the worst customer experience I have ever encountered from an online store and I would advise people to stay clear of buying anything from this brand. They are not honest or customer focused. You will be ripped off.

I ordered two dresses, both of which were the wrong sizes and didn't fit as they appeared on the website.
I received a runaround to return the dresses, sent via registered Australia Post with a tracking number to a Chinese address. They are still to this day sitting in Ningbo Customs and have been for over 6 weeks.
I emailed customer service, and they said I would have to call China Customs directly. When I asked them for the number, a AI generated answer came back without providing one.
I am $600AU out of pocket and am so disappointed in myself for falling for a scam of a product.

I would give them NO STARS - the product was definitely not what was ordered, quality was rubbish, returns process very scam like - no refund yet received, keep offering 30% - NO I WANT MY MONEY BACK!! COMPLETE WASTE OF SPACE THIS COMPANY AND I WOULD ASSUME IS A SCAM.

This is without a doubt the worst company to ever buy a product from. My daughter purchased a dress in February and due to its poor construction returned it. Paid $30 to return to china. Australia post tells us it is has been received at customs but the seller has to pay a fee to have it released. They refuse to do so. Therefore we will NEVER GET A REFUND. They have been emailed and shown evidence n numerous times and even responded to my previous review that they will help. All BS. DO NOT BUY from this shop they are the biggest scammers, cheats and thieves around.

SCAM SCAM SCAM I ordered shoes from Elle the label... Two different pairs same size, my size. They looked great on the ads. One shoe though lovely looking was far too small, one sloppy and far too big without means of adjustment. I asked for a return and refund but "Olivia" offered me a complimentary exchange without saying this would be far easier since I'm in New Zealand. That seemed reasonable.
I chose a particular blouse Tatiana and ordered two in different colours since they the only thing I thought might fit me. The material is 100% polyester not the promised and pictured cotton linen blend. The colours were less vibrant. Worst was that the split described at the back goes all the way up the back joined only via an eyelet and chunky material cord. The design is anything but " glamorous" and thus not pictured! In my opinion this company is a sham producing dishonestly presented and sub
-standard products. Temu offers better quality from what I hear!
I asked again for a refund and "Olivia" (Ai with a soothing " I completely understand your frustration and disappointment but...." . When you even accept any replacement product their terms and conditions say they don't have to refund you if that product too is not right.
So their ad looks snd sounds wonderful in cotton linen mix fabric. But when it arrives it has a label saying it's 100% polyester!
This company is dishonest to the hilt.

This company is a scam . I thought I was supporting an Australian company only to find my purchase went straight to China. Very poor quality if I could give a -5 I would. In her introduction she said that the company was set up with her and her who had passed away . I have just lost my mother and there is no way I would want my mother’s name used in such a poor company. Will never ever buy from you again and I will make sure that I tell everyone I can of the scam company.

If I could give a negative star review I would be doing that. As the previous reviews say, this is not a quality product or company.
And they do not give refunds

Great service and a generous discount on next order

Do not buy anything from this company.
1. The product I received was nothing like what was advertised.
2. The quality is terrible — the $125 jacket I bought isn’t worth $1.
3. Sizing is completely inaccurate — the “large” I ordered was closer to an extra small.
4. This is actually a Chinese company, not Australian as advertised.
5. I paid over $40 to return the item (tracked to China) and never received a refund.
This business should not be allowed to operate — it’s a complete scam designed to deceive customers.

I did not receive my order, I contacted Elle the label but they just told me to check with my neighbours.
I have never had any problems with other deliveries from other companies.
I would not recommend this company, I think they may be a scam!
Buyer beware!

Communication with this company was excellent. Quality of my dress purchased was exceptional and exactly like what was pictured on their website . I highly recommend this brand .

Thought it came from Aust. A little disappointed in the stripe dress. Yes it’s
A 16 but I’m 5’5 and it’s to my ankles. May just take it up. Can’t be bothered doing returns.
Nice fabrics. Haven’t tried the pants but look quite baggy not tailored as I thought

Taking items directly from Shein and adding a premium price to them. The dress I bought was terrible quality and incorrect sizing. Deceptive marketing states 'try worry free' and easy returns. Emailed them 4 times for return instructions. They offered me a new item from the store (postage to be paid by me) or a 10% refund. I refused this, they then offered a 20% refund. I also refused this. I have been warned that returning the item may result in the item becoming lost, held up at customs and the refund will take 4-8 weeks to process.

Absolutely disgusted with the product I received for the price point I payed. The quality is horse shit. Promotes being Australian and New Zealand brand but commissions straight if of Chinese warehouse.

Reply from Elle The Label
This is a scam! It is definitely NOT an Australian brand, it drop ships out of china and the quality is APPALING!!! You get better quality from SHEIN or literally anywhere at a fraction of the price! I purchased a dress, it arrived over a month after purchase and the quality and fit was terrible, when I asked for a full refund I was convinced to take a store credit Instead. They said shipment back would be expensive and at my cost and would take a lot of time for them to receive it back and they could give me an instant credit etc which I took reluctantly but I hoped if maybe I ordered something that it wouldn’t matter so much about quality it would be okay. I ordered a pair of jeans and a loungewear set and they both arrived and I cannot tell you how appalling the quality is 🫣 it is seriously bad no exaggeration needed! Be wary, do not buy from them!

This is the worst online purchase I have ever made, not even worth the 1 star rating I have given, clothing is of terrible quality for what you pay - temu has better quality than this. Images are not true to what you get. Site leads you to believe it is Australian, but all items are made and shipped from China. Wish I had reviews before purchasing. Be warned, do not buy from this site, you will be disappointed.

Reply from Elle The Label
Items are not as described and are cheap garbage. Definitely not an Australian brand as they claim to be. Dont waste your time, go spend your money elsewhere!

Reply from Elle The Label
As soon as I made my first purchase through this brand I knew it was a bad idea. Claims to be Australian, but with an address in the USA and a warehouse in China (??!!) I will never buy online from an unknown brand again after this. The dresses I ordered were terrible quality so I returned them for a refund. They did warn it would 'take weeks' and may have some issues at customs. I was then told the courier 'lost the package' and I never saw my money again. Do not shop here, unless you like burning your money. That may actually bring you more enjoyment.
