Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 190 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers expressed significant dissatisfaction with the products, finding them to be of poor quality and not matching the descriptions or images on the website. People frequently reported that items advertised as stained glass were actually cheap plastic, often much smaller than depicted, and resembled inexpensive toys rather than handcrafted art. This led many to feel that the pricing was a rip-off, considering the actual value of the received items, which they believed were worth significantly less. Reviewers also highlighted that the website itself was inaccurate regarding product materials, size, and origin, often implying US-made handcrafted items when they were imports from China. Some customers mentioned issues with specific products like mugs, which had design flaws such as inner metal linings that collected water and molded.

Shit

Someone needs to shut down this scam of a company under any means necessary. Total fraud and deception. They offered me a 15 percent refund on a 3-dollar piece of shit and claimed that if I returned it and paid for shipping, that's worth more than this low-grade plastic crap. This is why we need a consumer protection agency; thanks, Trump.

Ellie Seattle needs to be put in jail

Ellie Seattle needs to be put in jail. the scam is so obvious now that I don't understand why authorities havent arrested anyone yet. I can only assume by the the name that they are in Seattle, Washington. Yes, a beehive of low information people. Someone needs to put an end to this scam. My guess is that they are Chinese illegals in association with depraved government officials.

Plastic, not stained glass, 1/10 of the size

I recently purchased a "Transparent Labrador" lamp from Ellie Seattle after their ad claimed it was made of stained glass. What arrived was plastic — and significantly smaller than what's shown in the product photos.
What makes it worse: they market to people who have lost their pets. Don't let them exploit your grief.
Save your money and shop elsewhere. Happy to share more details in the comments.

I ordered a Lamp

I ordered a Lamp (not a computer plug in) that I thought would be lamp size - what I got was 5" x 5" computer plug in. Not glass - plastic. Paint missing. If this was 80% off I am so disappointed. This tiny object would probably cost $10.00 in a store. No wonder shipped from china.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. THIS IS SOME OF THE WORST GARBAGE I HAVE EVER ORDERED, CHEAP PLASTIC LAMP THAT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE WHAT THEY HAVE POSTED IN THEIR SITE. IDK HOW THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS. They keep trying to give me a partial refund and to keep this garbage POS, they don't want it back and want you to pay for return shipping. I will have to go through my back to get a refund

Lamp is Crap

The product (a lamp) that I bought from E.S. was a total rip off.
It sure seemed to be a stained glass desk lamp, but it's a tiny LED encased in plastic. It's not plugged into the wall outlet, but is run off a short USB cable.
I got snookered, don't let it happen to you.

I thought I was buying a stained glass lamp from Seattle. Instead, I got cheap plastic from China, and then to return it, you're supposed to mail it on your own dime to China. An absolute scam. Run the other direction.

It just takes 5 minutes to check out an on line offer like this and save yourself some greaf. Trustpilot is the best. With the emergence and popularity of AI among scammers, it's silly not to use these investigative sites to protect yourself. If it looks to good to be true, you know the rest.

I would ask this company to be truthful, honest and respectful. The pictures they display in their online catalogue are totally misrepresented. The catalogue depicts these lamps larger and as though they are made of stained glass. The item l received was maybe 7 in tall, made of cheap plastic. I wouldn't pay five dollars for it. Was not worth anything near the 60 dollars l payed. It's pure junk. Wish l had seen the reviews before I bought it. I'm going to attempt to dispute the transaction.

Avoid this company like the plague.

I bought a lamp that was much smaller and a cheap one piece plastic molding worth nothing to me or the woman I planned to give it to. These people deserve a class action lawsuit and public humiliation, although the Chinese government could care less about that. The workers are probably slaves with little to nothing to show for their crap work.

A total waste of a lot of money

A total waste of a lot of money. Cheap plastic.. colors not even nice.. BUT the worst part is to light it, you have to either plug it into to a usb port or an adapter for a usb plug to go into a wall socket.
My husband was scammed. A horrible crooked company...

I would rate it minus 5 stars if I could

I would rate it -5 stars if I could.

I received the first order yesterday (Delight of Companionship), and, quite frankly, I'm disappointed. Yes, it's cute, but the description said it was stained glass. This is a cheap plastic thing sloppily painted to look sort of like stained glass. It is definitely not worth $43.96, probably more like $20.00, if that. I ordered a second one to give to my sister for her birthday, and to be honest, I'm embarrassed to give it to her. According to the website, it's 7.1x6.7 inches, but is actually barely 6 inches high. Your website makes it look much bigger.

The second order was for Enchanting Magic of the Princess. I was offered additional discounts and ordered it. I feel as if I was had. I fell for the scam of the two sisters creating these beautiful works of art. I started to worry when I saw on the tracking that it was coming from China. The package was mailed from a warehouse in Illinois. This has turned out to be a costly lesson in "buyer beware."

I contacted the company and was told I could get an additional 15% off or return it for a full refund. Having read other people's comments, it sounds like I have to return the items to China, which will cost more than the refund. I'm also doubtful I'll actually receive a refund.
