Always a fun experience shopping at Ellie and Bea. The styling advice is always very much appreciated too. Great jewellery and always a good choice of styles and colours to suit all. My favourite place to shop in Winchester.

Ellie and Bea ìs a very well run independant boutique. The Staff are very friendly and professional and are always ready to help with any clothing or accessories which a customer may choose to purchase. I would certainly recommend Elle and Bea as a first class independant boutique.

Although I had a delivery issue out of the hands of the company, they were very helpful and quick to resolve the issue.

Very rude staff. Went there just a few days after Christmas to try to exchange an item that was bought as a gift by my husband and unfortunately it was way too big. When we came in the lady that was at the counter asked for the receipt and then said that is a sale item so no refunds or exchanges- it says so on the receipt!(Although when he did buy the item was assured by the salesperson that if the size doesn’t fit it can be exchanged.)Then she almost threw the bag back at my husband saying to him with a very snarky remark “well you did a very good job there, didn’t you”!
I work in retail and have been in lots of shops before but never in my life I have encountered such a poor customer service and rude attitude towards customers! I wouldn’t recommend it at all! Stay away from it! Overpriced items that you could easily find somewhere else and with a better customer experience!
PS. On the receipt it does say all sale items are non refundable but it doesn’t say anywhere is non exchangeable! Nothing on their website either!

Great customer service. I needed to to an exchange on an item so sent mine back and they dispatched my new item then next day. Happy with my purchases.

I had excellent customer service from Gwen and I purchased two necklaces and a small bag which was in the window which attracted me before I walked into the store. Ellie and Bea is a beautifully merchandised shop selling clothes and accessories and Gwen has a very hard working team behind her.
