Brilliant service
It was a fantastic service, choosing the pen was easy. There was no problems navigating the website. Delivery was about 3 days later. The pen itself looks lovely but I honestly can’t say anything about how well it writes yet because it is a birthday present. Will be able to update you in a couple of weeks.

Pen was okay
Pen was okay, nothing special, and was confused as to why I received a free pen that was 'worth £30' when I only wanted one pen.
Then the incessant emails stated, I have unsubscribed 5 times, sent emails asking them to desist but every day I get 1-2 emails. Not going to buy from them again.

Ellington Elysian Gold Pens
I ordered the Elysian Gold Pens. I have been waiting for the pens to be made for almost a year.
They arrived safely, but the delivery service used takes much longer to deliver than the standard delivery services.
Pens are always great 👍!

I use a fountain pen daily and even my Mont Blanc skips because of dry nibs! From one day to another.
My new Ellington has not done that and I am so pleased to say it is a more preferred writing pen over the M Blanc ! For daily writing.

Not only are the pens, beautiful they are nice and hefty in the hand a beautiful weight and they write wonderfully not scratchy at all. Customer service is fantastic. I had one issue with one of my pens and they resolved the issue without question currently, I have four pens

Fantastic quality pens. Bought a rollerball, spare inks and got a free fountain pen. Both pens are brilliant quality and my son loves them. Got them as a treat for getting into university. Will be buying more!

Do not buy from this company. I purchased a pen that became defective within two months of purchase. I asked for a replacement and the best they offered was a 60% discount on a new pen. There are much better pens out there.

Absolutely beautiful products
I have had a great experience dealing with this company. I have had to contact customer service because of a delivery problem and they could not have been nicer, efficient and prompt in dealing with the problem. I have 6 gorgeous Ellington pens with various nib widths. I have also purchased some of their notebooks and really like them.

Unfulfilled 2nd order
I did receive the pen and was updated all along the way, that was great. Then I ordered a leather single pen case and received a Coffee alternative and it had the tracking number Ellington gave me. I contacted you guys, sent pictures. I was told they would investigate and send me what I ordered. I have not heard anything since. I would expect my order to be expedited and to be update as to what is happening. Even though I did not get a notice ahead of time I did receive the pen case a couple of days later and I am very please with it. It's exactly what was promised. Great Product,, communication should be a little more spot on but I would buy from them again and plan on it..
