Not being faimiliar with the property market in this area I had to rely on the team to guide me through the process, made even more difficult by the fact I am mainly based outside of the UK. But it all went very smoothly as they were always available to answer any questions, or deal with any problems I had. They were also able to very quickly find a buyer for the property and provided valuable guidance throughout the whole process. I felt I could really trust them and was always in good hands.
